We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jenna Eberts. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jenna below.
Jenna, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
creating Salon Vibe was something I always felt called to do. I knew early on that I wanted to be a salon owner. After nine years working as a stylist, manager, and educator, I reached a point where I wanted more not just for myself, but for my clients.
I wanted to create an experience that felt different. Something more personal, more intentional. A space where women could come in, feel beautiful, pampered, and truly relaxed. That vision became the foundation of Salon Vibe a place built on positivity, connection, and confidence.
The name came naturally. I wanted my salon to have a feeling an energy that was uplifting, inspiring, and welcoming. “Salon Vibe” reflects exactly what I set out to create. When you sit in my chair, it’s more than just a hair appointment it’s an experience.
I started by putting my vision on paper, mapping out exactly what I wanted to build. From there, I focused on growing my clientele, finding the right space, and bringing the atmosphere to life through design and intention. Every detail was created with purpose.
A big part of my passion is education. I’ve always believed that great hair doesn’t stop in the salon, so I focus on teaching my clients how to maintain healthy hair at home while still giving them a luxury, low-maintenance result.
None of this would have been possible without my clients. Their trust, support, and belief in me gave me the confidence to take that next step. Salon Vibe is truly a reflection of that journey built with passion, purpose, and the desire to make every woman who sits in my chair feel her absolute best

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I got into the beauty industry at a young age, starting cosmetology through my high school, but my love for hair started long before that. I’ve always been drawn to it even as a little girl, I was doing my dolls’ hair and experimenting with styles.
Today, I’m a blonde and dimensional color specialist and salon owner, and I also work as an educator for Aluram and Shibui. I specialize in extensions, low-maintenance, and lived-in color that grows out beautifully, giving my clients long-lasting results without needing to be in the salon every few weeks.
What sets me apart is my focus on healthy hair and education. I prioritize clean beauty products and take the time to teach my clients how to care for their hair at home so it stays healthy, manageable, and beautiful between appointments. I even created a digital guide, The Vibe: Healthy Hair Habits, to support them outside of the salon.
I’m most proud of the experience I’ve created with Salon Vibe. It’s more than just hair it’s a space where women can relax, feel taken care of, and leave feeling confident. My goal is always to give my clients not just beautiful hair, but something that truly fits their lifestyle.

How did you build your audience on social media?
Building my audience on social media has felt like a second job at times, but it’s been one of the biggest drivers of my growth. For me, it’s not about perfect photos. it’s about connection.
I focused on showing up consistently, engaging with my audience, and using tools like Stories, polls, and behind-the-scenes content to create real conversations. I think clients want to see the person behind the business, not just the highlight reel.
My biggest advice is to stay consistent, be authentic, and don’t give up. When you focus on building genuine relationships instead of just gaining followers, your audience will naturally grow and support your business.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
For me, client relationships are the foundation of everything I’ve built. Staying connected goes far beyond the appointment. it’s about creating an experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and consistent.
I keep in touch through curated monthly emails where I share hair education, seasonal tips, and insider guidance so my clients feel supported even between visits. I’ve also created a loyalty program and incorporate intentional touches like birthday perks, referral gifts, and exclusive giveaways as a way to give back and show appreciation.
One of my favorite traditions is my annual salon anniversary event an elevated, intimate experience where clients can relax, connect, and enjoy styling education, curated goodie bags, and a celebratory atmosphere.
At its core, my brand is built on gratitude and connection. I want every client to feel seen, valued, and taken care of not just when they’re in my chair, but in every interaction they have with Salon Vibe.
