Jay , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
The execution was actually not something done alone my significant other actually knew my love for cooking and wanted to see my vision come to life the business was brought to life by surprise after a short discussion i was surprised with my dream business a food truck! The tricky part came in where you have to figure out all the corks of the business like having to have a separate prep kitchen with specifications but even that was not done alone.

The Brand GEECHIE GRUBBIN food truck was a joint family owned business starting out in a small area where we saw a lack for our style of food and wanted to bring it to life and give the locals of the area a new fresh take on great food made with love
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
The initial capitol actually came from my spouse who saw my vision and my passion and wanted to see it come to life.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most affective way of growing clientele has been the use of social media Facebook can take a business a long way but also going to events and marketing that way as well.
