First, I assessed the existing mental health care landscape recognized that while there were other mental health platforms and services, many lacked a comprehensive approach that integrated the lessons and strategies effective in drug rehabilitation. Combining my expertise in technology, business, and healthcare, I founded ReachLink – an innovative online mental health platform. ReachLink is a culmination of my diverse experiences, embodying my passion for technology and also my commitment to accessible healthcare.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
First, listening to customer feedback and actively engaging them. Actively seeking out and listening to feedback from both therapists and members has been pivotal. This approach ensures that ReachLink’s product development is guided by real user needs and experiences. It’s also important to respond rapidly and implement quickly. Responding quickly and effectively to feedback by developing solutions enhances user satisfaction shows that we value input and are committed to continual improvement.
Second, enhancing operational efficiency. By introducing tools that automate documentation and other CareOps functions, we have significantly improved operational efficiency. This innovation allows therapists to focus more on care delivery rather than administrative tasks. As a result of these efficiencies, therapists can handle a higher volume of members without compromising the quality of care. This scalability has been key to growing ReachLink’s customer base.
Third, ReachLink’s focus on both sides of the platform. For therapist satisfaction, we make therapists’ jobs easier and more efficient which helps us attract and retain top talent. Satisfied therapists are likely to recommend the ReachLink platform to their peers, growing ReachLink’s network organically. For member experience we focus on platform and product that is constantly evolving to meet their needs more effectively. A positive experience leads to more referrals, higher adherence rates and improved clinically efficacy.
Forth, continuous product development and innovative features. The introduction of new features that address specific pain points in care delivery and receipt keeps the ReachLink platform ahead of the curve. Also adaptability and our willingness to adapt and evolve based on customer feedback positions ReachLink as a dynamic and user-friendly platform.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
There have been a few key factors on ReachLink’s journey. Global Ventures at the Research Park at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton was instrumental, along with their team led by Andrew Duffell. This partnership offered proximity and association with FAU that lent credibility and provided opportunities for collaboration, such as field placements and studies. At the time, this not only gave ReachLink access to research and talent but also positioned us as a forward-thinking and engaged start-up.
Also, ReachLink’s partnerships with national payors have been key movers for us. Securing contracts with major national payors like Aetna and United Healthcare has been significant indicator for both our potential members and therapists. We have been blessed to receive a lot of positive feedback from providers and members. This feedback has been a testament to the effectiveness and quality of ReachLink’s services and that validation has been even more impactful than traditional marketing in many cases. Ultimately, consistently providing high-quality, reliable, and effective care has been the most important factor in building and maintaining ReachLink’s strong reputation. Continuously evolving and introducing innovative approaches to mental health care and technology kept us relevant.
