Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to James Cinada . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
James , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
I strongly believe it requires consistency to be successful on any business. Hard work and study your craft . In addition , you have to have a clear plan and how you are going execute .Most individuals has great ideas or plan but do not know how to make it work. It’s very important to create an action plan and give yourself a goal when you would like to accomplish it. When I wanted to help 500 children in Haiti with my non profit organization, a lot of people did not believe I could do that because they were looking at me in my current situation and doubted “how are you going to do that “. Well on my second year I was able to receive a huge donation from crocs corporation of 17000 pair of shoes for Haiti , not only I exceeded the goal and we were able to donate to another profit as well. I got the deal because I believe and I was not afraid to ask and share my idea with everyone that I have access to in that moment of time . I was very consistent and very active on promoting my non profit daily.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is James Cinada , Founder of Lagonave Noukapab organization. It’s a non profit base internationally (Haiti) and the goal is to help the less fortunate children/ family in Haiti (soon Africa as well) with their education by providing funds and supplies for those who are in needs. I started my non profit back in 2016-2017 and it was simply wanted to keep my promises to God from when I was 14 years in Haiti. I remembered praying to God and asked “ If I leave Haiti at a young age and you bless me , I will come back and bless your people “. I never forget me praying almost every night asked God for a way to leave in Haiti because I know it was hard in Haiti to be financially successful. At 20 years old I left . A few years later , I started to work and I started to get promoted and my life started to shift around in better ways and I knew it was the time to go back and bless God people and keeps my promise or honor it. We have been around for 7 years now and every year we help about 500 children in Haiti. That’s my way of giving back , as long as the Lord keeps on blessing me I will always take a portion of it and share it with the less fortunate families. In addition, I own a tax business. I help individuals filing their tax return or business filing for all 50 states. What set me a part from any nonprofit or any business out there is my purpose (trustworthy and honesty) the reason why I’m doing what I do. I got into business first financially to be stable , to be in position to help my family , provide for my children and lastly to pour back into my community and to do that financially you have yo be in position. in this time of my life I really don’t want to ask individuals for donations anymore I have done for 6 years now I have to find a different way , so I open a tax business and gracefully it’s been working out . I say that just to tell you God approved.
What I most proud of so far is my partnership with Crocs . This year my profit Lagonave Noukapab and crocs were able to fully sponsors 30 young to go to trade school in Haiti and learn a profession such Plumbing, electrical engineering, flooring etc and it was fully paid by Crocs. Not only we have provided supplies for 200 children January 2023, and May 2023, we were able to have a graduation as well for those students who were in our program for a year or so .
If anyone is interested on making a difference in Haiti as we all know it’s hard right now in Haiti our non profit is available and accepting donations throughout they year and you can also visit our social media page at Lagonave Noukapab on Instagram , Lagonave Noukapab Nation on Facebook , stay connected with us , send us a message.
Secondly, I will be available to help any individuals with filing their tax return as well for up coming season . Please follow my personal page on Instagram @kingjames_ja .

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
For me it was trust and honesty . As a leader it’s very important to build a relationship based on trust with any donor , clients or potential business partners. Also, I was very consistent, present on social media daily presenting my plans and ideas to my audience and do a follow up after very events on how everything went and what was accomplished. The report was always there especially for the donors they want to know how do you spend their money or what they donated where did it go. The follow up is always there and very important. Once people notice the consistency and they trust you , they will follow your lead .

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Well , as my audience grew of the years and so many individuals know about our non profit now and for a long time besides helping with my profit so many others will reach out as well seeking for help from me and I helped many . I come to realize even if you want to you can never help everybody because you will bury yourself alive financially. I had to learn that how to be better in that regard since I receive 100 of messages on our social media platforms.
