The Industry standard changes with the consumer demand. For example, pre-construction can be a really hot market for a while, and then shift to commercial real estate. I’ve found it beneficial to be flexible with the market and my clients interest.

After graduating from North Georgia College with honors, Jacqueline landed in Miami, where she thrived and excelled as a real estate agent specializing in luxury pre-development condos and residential mansions for A-list clientele. Today, Jacqueline is working with top of the line talent managers, and casting for new reality TV shows and films. She has now been selected for roles in Hollywood movie productions with some of America’s favorite stars!

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
I meet new clients out at social gatherings and exclusive community events. It is wonderful to network and socialize around people that enjoy the same interest as me, That’s the method that works naturally.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
It is important to have a professional appearance on social media. I would recommend creating a website that features previous and current listings and what is on the market’s current demand.
