I have always known that I wanted to work in the beauty industry. For me, it is not just a profession—it is a way to help people feel confident and beautiful. This passion fuels my energy every day, driving me to develop my business, seek new solutions, and keep moving forward even when challenges arise.

When I arrived in Miami, I didn’t have a large startup budget or an established client base. But I knew that success depended on my persistence. In the first few months, I put in maximum effort: continuously learning, improving the quality of my services, finding clients, and growing my presence on social media. Every step was intentional, and over time, my hard work started to pay off.

Opening my own salon was a big step, especially in the competitive market of Miami. It was scary, but I understood that if I didn’t try, I would never know what I was capable of. My story is a lifelong journey—from childhood dreams of a world filled with style and aesthetics to building my own business that now sets high industry standards.
My passion for the beauty industry began in childhood. I was fascinated by the elegance of women who took care of themselves, and even in my childhood games, I preferred to create imaginary beauty salons while my peers were busy building houses from toy blocks. Even then, I understood that beauty is not just about appearance—it is a whole philosophy of confidence and self-expression.
Today, at Salon Miami LLC, I offer clients a full range of premium hair services: hair extension, coloring, treatments, advanced color techniques, hair restoration, haircuts, and personalized consultations. My goal is to create not just a look, but confidence, harmony, and an individual style that perfectly suits each client.
How Did You Get into the Beauty Industry?
My professional journey started in my teenage years when I actively explored the beauty industry. I experimented with makeup, manicures, and fashion design, learned to sew, and at 15, I joined a modeling school where I studied runway techniques, makeup artistry, and fashion history.
However, I lacked one crucial skill—hairstyling. I realized this was the area I wanted to specialize in. So, I enrolled in beauty school while simultaneously studying economics and management at university. This combination of creativity and business acumen became the foundation of my future career.
My ambitions developed rapidly: I quickly mastered hairstyling, started working in a salon, and within a few months, I took on a managerial role. Later, I expanded into public relations, organizing fashion shows and events in nightclubs, turning my work into the art of creating complete looks.
A pivotal moment in my career came when I became part of OneSpaWorld family and was invited to work on elite Silversea Cruises luxury ships. After training at London Wellness Academy, I became not only a professional stylist but also took on the role of spa manager, working with the most discerning clients from around the world. These years allowed me to perfect my craft and experience the highest standards of service, luxury, and personalized client care, which I now implement in my business in Miami.
After the events in Ukraine, my life changed dramatically. Finding myself in Miami, I embraced the challenge and, in 2023, launched Salon Miami LLC—a place where clients receive not just a service but an exclusive beauty experience with a focus on premium service.

My approach to business has been shaped by incredible real-life success stories that continue to inspire me.
One of the most powerful influences was the film The Founder, which tells the story of how Ray Kroc transformed McDonald’s into the world’s most successful fast-food empire. What struck me the most was not just his vision, but his persistence, adaptability, and ability to recognize opportunity where others saw limitations**. He didn’t create McDonald’s, but he saw its potential and built a system that revolutionized the industry. This story reinforced for me the importance of not only mastering your craft but also understanding how to scale, innovate, and create a unique customer experience.
Another story that deeply resonates with me is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s journey. Moving to the U.S. with nothing, working three jobs while training, and later becoming one of the most iconic figures in multiple industries—this level of dedication and long-term vision is something I admire. His philosophy of hard work, resilience, and self-belief is something I integrate into my business every day.
