We were lucky to catch up with Guiliano Raso recently and have shared our conversation below.
Guiliano, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you scale up? What were the strategies, tactics, meaningful moments, twists/turns, obstacles, mistakes along the way? The world needs to hear more realistic, actionable stories about this critical part of the business building journey. Tell us your scaling up story – bring us along so we can understand what it was like making the decisions you had, implementing the strategies/tactics etc.
In scaling up, it all started when i started making my own social media. I post on all platforms today from 3-10 times a day. 3/4 years ago a cheesecake video changed my life. two days after the video posted we had 147 people in line. We had a line everyday for 2 years, went form 3 employees to 10, today we have 2 locations with a third on the way, and will have around 40 employees

We are a late night food truck in Las Vegas. We are building a fast casual/drive thru concept, an elevated fast food. I worked multiple jobs for multiple years saving my own money to eventually quit all 3 jobs, move to Las Vegas and start a business with my father. Im most proud that we made our vision come true. we have decades to go to be at the pinnacle we desire as a company. We will be a titan of the industry within 15-20 years. As big as Chic-fila and In-N-Out
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
We were dead broke in the beginning, it was so stressful but we never gave up and stayed consistent, we grew little by little to eventually blowing up over night.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I built the social medias from consistency. I posted everyday no matter what. no excuses no holidays or days off. If you just dont stop you will surpass everyone. Today i have some of the largest accounts in Las Vegas.
