Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Glenn Deneve. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Glenn, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
When I was on the height of my career as a hairstylist in Europe I decided to give everything up to move to California and start all over in Beverly Hills to make my dreams come true as a hairstylist to the stars.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I was Born In Belgium, my mom had a hair salon and my dad an art gallery. I became a hairstylist like my mom and became successful at a young age, I wanted to challenge myself and moved to California to work with my friend Cristophe who is a celebrity stylist and has a salon on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. As my career as a stylist took of and I build up a wealthy clientele I started painting in my free time as a hobby, few of my clients knew about this but eventually the word got out and they started to buying my paintings because they were full of color and made them feel happy when they looked at them. I got lucky that my clients were well connected with gallerists and museum people so my work got out quickly and now I divide my time between doing hair and make art so I ended up doing what both of my parents did.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding aspect of being a creative for me is that it is like Therapy for the mind, it relaxes you and makes you let go of things

With the world moving so fast in the digital direction I think NFT’S will be a big part of our future and everything will be eventually digital animated in some kind of form
