Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Geisy Montero. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Geisy , appreciate you joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
My defining moment wasn’t when I made money — it was when I realized people were watching.
I remember posting consistently, showing my discipline, my growth, my mindset… and thinking maybe no one really cared.
Then someone told me, “Because of you, I started.”
That moment changed everything.
I realized I wasn’t just building a body, a brand, or a business — I was building impact.
From that day forward, I stopped playing small. I stopped questioning if I was “ready.” I understood that leadership isn’t about having everything figured out — it’s about showing up consistently enough that others feel safe to follow.
That was the moment I shifted from just working on myself… to leading others.

Geisy , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Geisy Montero. I am an entrepreneur, wellness advocate, skincare creator, and a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant. Service is the foundation of my life. In healthcare, I care for individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. That work has shaped my character — it has taught me resilience, discipline, compassion, and the importance of showing up with integrity every single day.
However, my business was not created from a trend or a strategy session. It was born after I lost 100 pounds.
There was a season in my life when I felt disconnected from my body, my confidence, and my potential. The weight I carried was not just physical — it was emotional and mental. Losing 100 pounds required more than motivation; it required structure, sacrifice, and unwavering discipline. It demanded that I confront my habits, my mindset, and my excuses.
Through that transformation, I did not simply change my body — I rebuilt my identity.
I developed self-respect. I built consistency. I became the woman I once doubted I could be.
After my transformation, women began asking how I stayed disciplined, how I remained consistent, and how I shifted my mindset. I realized that what I had built was not just a physical result — it was a framework for sustainable change. That realization is what gave birth to my brand.
Today, I provide wellness guidance, skincare solutions, handcrafted body oils, and structured accountability systems designed to help women elevate their confidence and align their habits with the woman they are becoming. My work blends wellness, beauty, and mindset because I believe true transformation is holistic. It is not about quick fixes — it is about evolution.
What sets me apart is lived experience. I understand exhaustion because I work demanding healthcare shifts. I understand rebuilding confidence because I rebuilt mine from the ground up. I understand balancing responsibility and ambition because I live it daily. My brand is not rooted in perfection — it is rooted in discipline, growth, and authenticity.
I am most proud of the strength I built in silence — the decisions no one saw, the habits I committed to when motivation faded, and the courage it took to start over. My business represents more than products; it represents proof that transformation is possible when structure meets belief.
To anyone discovering my brand, I want them to know this: when you work with me, you are not simply purchasing a product or following content. You are stepping into a standard. You are choosing discipline over excuses, growth over comfort, and confidence over doubt.
My business was not built from overnight success. It was built from perseverance.
And I built it the same way I rebuilt myself — one intentional, disciplined decision at a time.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One of the most defining stories of resilience in my journey began long before I ever started my business — it began when I decided to take control of my health. There was a season in my life when I felt uncomfortable in my body and disconnected from my confidence. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure if I had the discipline to truly change.
At the time, I was already working demanding shifts as a CNA. I was caring for others all day while silently struggling with myself. I realized that if I could show up for everyone else, I had to learn how to show up for me too.
The decision to lose 100 pounds was not dramatic or glamorous. It was quiet. It was daily. It was built on small choices no one applauded — choosing discipline over convenience, consistency over motivation, and long-term growth over short-term comfort. There were setbacks. There were days I wanted to quit. But I kept going.
That journey taught me that resilience is not loud — it’s consistent.
Losing the weight changed my body, but it was the mental transformation that truly shaped me. I built structure where there was once chaos. I built confidence where there was once doubt. I proved to myself that I could rebuild my life through disciplined decisions.
That same resilience carried into my business. Starting something new while working full-time in healthcare required courage and stamina. There were moments of uncertainty, slow growth, and self-doubt — but I had already trained myself not to quit when things felt hard.
My business was born from that season of rebuilding. It exists because I chose not to give up on myself.
Resilience, for me, is not about never struggling — it’s about deciding that struggle will not define your outcome. And that mindset is the foundation of both my life and my brand.

One of the biggest pivots in my life happened after I lost 100 pounds.
For years, my focus was simply survival — working hard, caring for others as a CNA, and managing responsibilities. My health journey started as something personal. It was about reclaiming my confidence and proving to myself that I could change.
But after my transformation, something shifted.
Women began asking me how I stayed consistent, how I built discipline, and how I changed my mindset. What started as a personal journey quietly turned into leadership. I realized I had pivoted from simply transforming myself to inspiring transformation in others.
That was not a planned business move — it was a mindset shift.
I went from asking, “Can I do this?” to asking, “How can I help others do this too?”
Building my brand while working full-time in healthcare required another pivot. I had to transition from employee-only thinking to entrepreneurial thinking. That meant managing my time differently, investing in myself, and stepping into visibility even when it felt uncomfortable.
The biggest pivot wasn’t external — it was internal.
I stopped seeing myself as someone who had accomplished something and started seeing myself as someone called to build something.
That shift — from transformation to leadership — changed the direction of my life and became the foundation of my business.
