We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Gabriela Chomiak. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Gabriela below.
Gabriela, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
I didn’t have one single moment where everything clicked. It really came from my journey over time. Before moving to Florida, I had a business partnership, and when I relocated to Naples, I made the decision to step away from that and start fresh. That transition pushed me to really think about what I wanted to create next and how I wanted it to feel, both for me and for my patients.
As a nurse practitioner in aesthetics, I had already seen how traditional medspas operate. They are beautiful and effective, but they often follow the same model. Patients come in, get treated, and leave. When I moved to Naples, I started looking at the lifestyle here and realized this was a very unique market. People value privacy, convenience, and a high level of service. Many of my patients were busy, successful, and wanted care that fit into their lives rather than the other way around.
At the same time, I was balancing my own life, work, and family, and I understood that need on a personal level too. That is when the idea started to form. I wanted to build something different from the traditional medspa model. Something more personal, more flexible, and more elevated.
Naples felt like the perfect place to do that. It is a community that appreciates quality and experience, but there was still a gap when it came to true concierge aesthetic and wellness services done at a high level. I saw an opportunity to bring treatments directly to clients in a way that felt seamless, private, and tailored to them.
From a business perspective, it made sense. The industry is shifting toward personalization and convenience. People want care that is customized and accessible. I felt confident that bringing a concierge model into this space would not only work, but stand out.
What excited me the most was the ability to create an experience. Not just providing treatments, but offering something that feels thoughtful, luxurious, and truly centered around the patient. Combining aesthetics with wellness in a way that fits into someone’s lifestyle.
That is how Ageless Elite came to life. It is about giving people access to high quality care in a way that feels effortless for them, while still delivering real results and building genuine relationships.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in aesthetics, wellness, and patient-centered care. My journey into this space started with a deep passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin, but over time it evolved into something much more comprehensive.
Early in my career, I worked in critical care and ICU settings, where I developed strong clinical judgment and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations. That experience shaped the way I practice today, with a deep focus on safety, precision, and truly understanding each patient as a whole.
As I transitioned into aesthetic medicine, I realized that while the treatments were powerful, the experience itself often felt transactional. Patients would come in, receive a service, and leave, without a truly personalized or holistic approach. That never aligned with how I wanted to care for people.
Before moving to Florida, I was involved in a business partnership in the aesthetics space. When I relocated to Naples, I made the decision to step away and start fresh. That gave me the opportunity to rethink everything. I did not want to recreate a traditional medspa. I wanted to build something more intentional, more elevated, and more aligned with the lifestyle of the clients I serve.
That is how Ageless Elite Aesthetics and Wellness was created.
At Ageless Elite, I offer a concierge approach to aesthetics and wellness, combining advanced injectable treatments with a focus on overall health, longevity, and natural results. What makes this model unique is that I bring the experience directly to the client, creating a private, high-touch environment that prioritizes comfort, discretion, and personalization.
The problem I solve is both practical and experiential. Many clients are incredibly busy and value privacy. They do not want to sit in waiting rooms or fit into rigid schedules, but they still expect the highest level of care. By offering concierge services, I create a seamless experience that fits into their lifestyle while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.
What truly sets me apart is the combination of advanced clinical training and a holistic philosophy. My approach is centered on enhancing natural beauty, not altering it, while also addressing the internal factors that impact how we look and feel. I integrate aesthetics with wellness, looking at things like overall health, hormonal balance, and longevity to create results that are not only visible but sustainable.
What I am most proud of is building a brand that reflects my values. Starting over in a new city and creating something from the ground up required both clarity and courage. Ageless Elite is not just about treatments, it is about trust, relationships, and consistency in delivering high-level care.
What I want people to know is that everything I do is intentional. I take the time to understand each client, their goals, and their lifestyle. This is not about quick fixes or trends. It is about creating refined, natural results and a level of care that makes clients feel confident, understood, and truly taken care of.
Ageless Elite is about elevating the standard of aesthetic and wellness care while making it more personal, more private, and more aligned with modern life.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
One of the biggest pivots in my life and career came when I moved to Florida. Before that, I was involved in a business partnership in the aesthetics space, and while it was a valuable experience, I realized that it no longer aligned with the direction I wanted to go.
Making the decision to step away was not easy. There was comfort in what I had already built, and there is always uncertainty when you choose to start over. But at the same time, I felt very strongly that if I wanted to create something truly aligned with my vision, I needed to take that step.
When I arrived in Naples, I gave myself the space to really evaluate what I wanted next. I knew I did not want to recreate a traditional medspa model. I wanted to build something more personalized, more flexible, and more elevated.
At the same time, I was observing the lifestyle here. Naples is a unique market. People value privacy, convenience, and a high level of service. Many clients are busy and want care that fits seamlessly into their lives. That is when the idea for a concierge model really started to take shape.
This pivot was not just about changing locations, it was about changing my entire approach. I shifted from thinking about how to fit clients into a clinic setting to how I could bring high-level care directly to them in a way that felt effortless and tailored.
There were definitely moments of uncertainty. Starting over in a new city, rebuilding a client base, and creating a brand from the ground up requires patience and confidence. But I also trusted my experience, my clinical background, and my understanding of what clients truly want.
Looking back, that pivot was one of the most important decisions I have made. It allowed me to build Ageless Elite Aesthetics and Wellness in a way that fully reflects my values and vision.
It taught me that sometimes growth requires letting go of what is comfortable in order to create something better aligned with who you are and where you want to go. And for me, that shift is what made everything that followed possible.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
For me, building client relationships is one of the most important parts of my business. Because I operate in a concierge model, everything is naturally more personal. I am not just seeing clients for a single appointment. I am building ongoing relationships with them over time.
I focus on creating an experience where clients feel truly seen, understood, and taken care of. That starts with listening. Every treatment plan is customized, and I take the time to understand not just what someone wants to look like, but how they want to feel and how their lifestyle plays a role in that.
Staying in touch is also very intentional. I personally follow up with clients after treatments, check on their results, and make sure they feel supported throughout the process. That level of communication builds trust and makes clients feel valued.
I also believe consistency is key. When clients know they can rely on you for honest recommendations, natural results, and a high level of care every time, that creates long-term loyalty.
A large part of my growth has come from word-of-mouth and referrals, which I think is the strongest indicator of trust. When someone recommends you to a friend or family member, it means they truly believe in your work and your approach.
Ultimately, my goal is not just to provide a service, but to create a relationship where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for long-term. That is what keeps them coming back and what continues to grow the brand organically.
