FME, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.

I learned how to do what I do by trial and error. In life I feel like mistakes & losses are the best teacher especially in my line of work. I don’t think there’s anything I could have done to speed up my process I’m really big on timing and I believe where I am now is a result of the time & work I’ve put in. The skills I believe are the most essential in this line of work are commutation & understanding not having an understanding of those Concepts made it extremely difficult to learn more about the music industry

My name is FME Giovanii I’m a 26yr old recording artist from Detroit Mi I’ve always been around music one day I decided this is what I wanted to do and went after it. I’m also a recording engineer I own a production company and I help artist that are starting out by providing them with studio time and access to resources that they may need during their music career. What sets me apart from everyone else is my work ethic im a grinder I go hard everyday not just some days. The thing I take the most pride in is my artist and the brand/platform we’re building both of my artist have a great understanding of the business and I taught them how to engineer themselves so they don’t need anyone else

Nfts are on the rise if you understand them well enough you can make a lot of money in seconds I read somewhere that Tory lanes sold 1million albums in 50 seconds in nfts it was then I realized that this is something to look into the fact that an artist went platinum and made 1million dollars in 50 seconds is insane

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My goal is simple to live my life doing what I love or die trying in the process in this life we become so complacent due to us doing what we have to do to survive and I just believe it’s more to life then that
