Alright, Eve’s thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us the backstory behind how you came up with the idea?
The idea of Eve’s Politics was born with a former boyfriend. All the writing for papers I did in college reflected how much I enjoy writing and my interest in politics and Eve’s Politics was created. My former boyfriend developed my website and I produced the writing and podcast. I knew it was a worthwhile endeavor when the same old political news continues to be terrible with a person’s own views not reflected and teaching the people. The excitement and emotion of creating this project and seeing it come to life continue to be an amazing feeling.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I have been a political fanatic since the age of twelve. The creation of my website with my love of writing is how I began in the creative field. What sets me apart from other creators is I enjoy staying under the radar until I’m ready for my work to have a greater reach. What I am most proud of is myself for creating this content and being able to do what I love. There is no right way to get into the creative industry but to do what you love in the creative content field, so this is how I began. When discussing politics, the readers, and followers should know is my background is in politics and my undergrad is in political science, I am speaking from experience and have a keen understanding of the political field.
Any resources you can share with us that might be helpful to other creatives?
I wish I knew how to reach my audience and grow. When Eve’s Politics was created it was at the start of the content creator industry, however, the right posts and naming of the blogs could have been better to reach my audience and to get my content out.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
The growing and changing content creator industry drives me to continue to create and grow with the industry. Not only that, but my interest in politics and the ever-changing world we are living in drives me to create more and helps develop my research skills.
