We are a digital marketing company focused on showing the importance of customer engagement. The better engaged your customers are, the longer you’ll be able to retain them, and the more loyal they will be to you. Ultimately, this has help our business grow, reduce customer churn and increased our company profits tremendously. Lastly, we are very big on providing an exceptional customer experience this has helped us increase credibility.

Hi I’m Elston! a marketing executive & entrepreneur! I’m very optimistic, If I were to describe myself in two words it would be creative and competitive. I love to fish, golf and eat tacos.
My main focus is to provide value to business owners and entrepreneurs through marketing strategies. By launching over 100 campaigns, scaling multiple e-commerce businesses, I hope to continue spreading digital marketing knowledge around the world while giving away the secrets behind SEO & automation for the local business owners.
My process starts by getting to know your company, understanding your goals. Learn what other marketing efforts you use and what you hope to achieve through campaigns. I also provides a free competitive analysis of your website to learn about your current keywords, how your site performs, and how it stacks up against the competition.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Great question! Two words – Networking & Google. I love to network and build relationships. If you are not out there telling people about your business or prospecting your business will have no kinetic energy. When I first started my business my main goal was to put a face to the business name to increase credibility & trust. However, ever since we had the pandemic we had to change up our approach with how we would interact with new clients and thats how the power of Google came into play with Google Ads & Google Analytics.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We have a quarterly business reviews with our clients every quarter. We go over website analytics and any goals for new campaign strategies. We are currently creating a customer marketplace that will allow are customers to learn, communicate, buy & share best practices within our customer community. Customers will have the availability to add support tickets and watch training videos on marketing strategies.
