We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dr. Chris Araj. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dr. Chris below.
Alright, Dr. Chris thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’re complete cheeseballs and so we love asking folks to share the most heartwarming moment from their career – do you have a touching moment you can share with us?
We experience life changing moments often at Pearland Hearing Aids & Audiology. What we call a “hearing smile” is the moment we are able to fit a patient with a pair of hearing aids and see their eyes light up and their smile grow because they are now hearing all of the sounds they’ve been missing out on. So many patients have told us what a positive change their hearing aids have made and wish they got help sooner. Life is full of sounds that we are meant to hear and being able to have a simple conversation with a parent, friend, or grandchild is one of life’s most precious gifts. Often times people with hearing loss can feel frustrated, isolated, or start to withdraw socially; at Pearland Hearing Aids & Audiology we want our patients to hear their absolute best and not let hearing loss get in their way of leading a fulfilling life.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I believe our reputation has been built by trust. Patients trust that we will layout all their options and give them honest recommendations. We are a very patient centered office and believe that patient’s have to be involved in their own healthcare decisions.
Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
I think having an attitude of service is the most helpful thing for succeeding in this profession. Audiologists care about people and care about improving people’s quality of life. We want our patients to hear their best so they can participate in conversations with family and friends and lead a fulfilling life.
