We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dr. Brent Rassi. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dr. Brent below.
Dr. Brent, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear stories from your time in school/training/etc.
I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, the very first chiropractic school and the foundation of the profession. Studying at Palmer was an intense but incredibly rewarding experience, blending deep-rooted history with cutting-edge advancements in chiropractic care.
One moment that stands out was during my first experience in the student clinic, where I had the opportunity to apply everything I had learned in real-world patient care. I remember working with a patient who had been struggling with debilitating low back pain for years. After their first adjustment, they stood up, took a deep breath, and said, “I haven’t felt this good in a long time.” That moment solidified my passion for chiropractic—it was a powerful reminder that movement truly is medicine.
Another defining experience was the constant emphasis on hands-on learning. Palmer instilled the highest standards in technique, patient assessment, and clinical reasoning. The rigor of the training, combined with an environment where you’re surrounded by some of the best minds in chiropractic, helped shape me into the practitioner I am today.

Dr. Brent, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Dr. Brent, a chiropractor with a passion for helping people move better and feel their best. My journey into chiropractic wasn’t just professional—it was personal. Years ago, I battled a brain virus that temporarily took away my ability to walk. As someone who had always been active, it was a terrifying and humbling experience. That moment made me truly appreciate the importance of movement—not just as a way to stay fit, but as a fundamental part of health and healing. Chiropractic care played a key role in my recovery, and it solidified my mission to help others regain and maintain their mobility.
Today, I treat patients every single day, working with everyone from kids, mom’s and dad’s, to Olympic competitors. My expertise lies in optimizing movement, injury prevention, and helping athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. I specialize in spinal decompression therapy, and I’m constantly evolving my practice to bring the best treatments to my patients.
But my reach doesn’t stop at the clinic—I’m also committed to spreading my expertise globally through social media and online resources. I created the ‘Movement is Medicine’ series, where I collaborate with other top health professionals—physical therapists, dentists, occupational therapists, and more—to share the best movement tips for overall health. Through video content, interviews, and educational posts, I want to help as many people as possible understand the power of movement, whether they’re in my office or across the world.
What sets me apart is my holistic, movement-first approach—I don’t just chase symptoms, I look at the bigger picture to help patients move better for life. I’m incredibly proud of the impact I’ve made, both in my clinic and online, and I want potential clients and followers to know that whether they see me in person or follow my content, my goal is to help them move and live better.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Honestly, I think my reputation comes down to being real with people—both in person and online. When patients come to see me, I don’t just give them a quick adjustment and send them on their way. I take the time to explain what’s going on with their body, how movement plays a role in their health, and what they can do to keep improving. I’m upfront, I don’t overcomplicate things, and I genuinely care about getting people better.
That same approach carries over to my online content. Whether it’s my ‘Movement is Medicine’ series or just sharing movement tips, I’m not here to sell gimmicks or pretend there’s a one-size-fits-all solution. I’m here to educate, help, and be real about what works. People connect with that. They appreciate that I’m not just some guy pushing trendy treatments—I’m a chiropractor who actually lives this stuff, works with patients every day, and knows what it takes to keep people moving.
At the end of the day, I think people trust me because I show up, tell the truth, and put their results first. That’s what has built my reputation, and it’s what I’ll always stick to.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been showing exactly what I do, every single day. I don’t hide anything—I put my treatments, techniques, and patient results out there for the world to see. Whether it’s adjusting an athlete before a big game, using spinal decompression therapy, or breaking down how I treat a specific injury, I create content that gives people a real, unfiltered look at what happens in my clinic.
By doing this, I’m not just telling people I can help them—I’m showing them. They see the treatments, they see the results, and they realize, “That’s exactly what I need.” It builds trust before they even step foot in my office. Plus, with my ‘Movement is Medicine’ series, I bring in other experts to expand on how movement impacts different aspects of health, giving people even more value.
At the end of the day, people want to know that their provider actually knows what they’re doing and gets results. By making my treatments visible, accessible, and easy to understand, I’ve been able to grow my practice in a way that feels natural and authentic.
