Devin, appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
I’ve found the most meaningful way to show appreciation is through consistency – showing up on time, doing exactly what we promised, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Clients feel that, and it builds real trust.

I’m the owner of Classic Marble Restoration, a family business I’ve built over the past 30 years in South Florida. We specialize in restoring and maintaining marble and natural stone in luxury homes and yachts—bringing surfaces back to life without the need for replacement.
What sets us apart is simple: we care. We focus on quality, consistency, and treating every client’s property like it’s our own. I’m most proud of the reputation we’ve built – when people call us, they know they can trust us to do it right.

Word of mouth has been our strongest driver. When you deliver great results and take care of your clients, they naturally refer you to others. We’ve also built strong relationships with designers, builders, and yacht professionals who trust us with their clients.
