Decembra , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.

A defining moment in my business career was when I reached out to a local acupuncture clinic, Nourish Healing Collective, about hosting community sound therapy classes there twice a month. From that moment on Community Sound Therapy has evolved and grown since 2022 and continues to be Living High Vibrations #1 community offering for holistic wellness.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?

At Living High Vibrations you can receive a multitude of wellness modalities ranging from holistic nursing services, detox coaching, and energetic alignment services including Reiki and Sound Therapy. I am a practicing Holistic Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, and Sound therapy facilitator who has embarked on my own healing journey from multiple chronic illnesses since childhood. Through my personal experiences and successful and ongoing healing journey I have developed a passion for educating the collective on true holistic health and wellness to assist others in their self-reclamation. At Living High Vibrations, the intention is to assist you in reclaiming your power and vibrating higher from the inside out. I offer a free 20-minute consultation either in-person or via video call with all services to help you determine what may work best for you. Information about my offerings and house made holistic items can be found on my website at livinghighvibrations.com where you can also complete your service of choice booking. All services are held at Nourish Healing Collective, a local and trusted acupuncture clinic, located in San Antonio, Texas, where I will greet you and guide you to a private treatment room where I will conduct your session. You can keep up with our offerings and events via our website and social media @livinghighvibrations. I offer occasional discounts throughout the seasons, as well as a Community Sound Therapy class every 1st & 3rd Wednesday’s at 630pm located at Nourish Healing Collective. This is a community offering that is a donation-based class with a suggested sliding-scale donation of $11-$33. I also make house-made holistic products for spiritual hygiene and protection; all dis-ease and disharmony start in the unseen before it even penetrates the mental, emotional, and physical body.

My mission is to assist each person in reclaiming their personal power and create lasting wellness. Through the integrative practice of holistic wellness, Reiki, sound therapy, and more, our focus at Living High Vibrations is to harmonize mind, body, and sprit- guiding clients to vibrate higher from the inside out and live aligned with their true essence.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I am a real person who is not only passionate about educating and empowering others about holistic wellness and the mind, body, and spirit connection, but I have also been in many people’s shoes when it comes to dealing with health issues and having to navigate through that experience in our traditional medical system. I have personal experience with battling chronic illness and having to be my own advocate and healer. I know first-hand that feeling better is not only possible but attainable with holistic medicine and a safe space to allow that to happen.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Growing up with multiple chronic illnesses, navigating healing, and having to become my own advocate as a patient myself was a mental, emotional, and spiritual initiation I had to go through and grow through to receive the strength, determination, and wisdom I now have today. My own personal experience shaped my passions and direction in life and made my inner vision so clear that no barriers can make me waiver.
