Alright, Darron thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Are you able to earn a full-time living from your creative work? If so, can you walk us through your journey and how you made it happen?
I haven’t reached the point where I’m living full off my creative work yet, but most definitely making real progress &building something solid . From day one it wasn’t easy or overnight . I’ve always had to balance real life responsibility’s & still manage making time to create & that’s the part a lot of people don’t see behind the scenes .Some of my biggest milestones have been staying consistent , putting my music out growing my sound & getting opportunities to perform and connect with people who believe in what I’m doing .Every step taught me patience and discipline . It showed me that success in this lane is about longevity , not just quick wins . Looking back , I think one thing I could’ve sped up is understanding the business side earlier , networking more ,investing smarter but at the same time the journey made me sharper and like more focused . Right now , its all about balance chasing the dream while still handling business . I want my fans to see that its possible to build something meaningful without faking the process . Im still climbing still learning and still making it happen step by step
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?
For those who may not know who the Troop is , I’m a artist who came into this off real life experiences and a passion for expressing who people go through everyday. Really got into the music because it became a way for me to release emotions , tell me story and connect with others who might be dealing with the same struggles . What started as a passion turned into a purpose once I realized people could feel what I was saying and can relate to it
My music is about real life , the grind , getting fly on the inside and outside relationships & growth . setbacks & FAITH !I feel like the problem I solve for my fans is giving them something honest to connect to. A lot of people are going through things silently , & when they hear my music I want them to feel understood , confident , motivated & not alone
what set me apart from others is my authenticity . Never been that person to copy others or trends . I speak from my own experiences and keep my sound genuine and smooth out . I’m proud of how far I’ve came especially staying consistent being able to balance real life while still chasing my dreams is some I take pride in
& the making thing I want with my fans is connection loyalty and be outstanding from the crowd . i want them to grow with me understand my journey and most importantly build more than just music . I’m building a story that people can relate to and get inspired by
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
