Crispin, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

I want to get the message about our podcast and the work we are doing with it. Our podcast is about the impact Latinos have made as a result of many generations that continue to better themselves. In a way that has affected the way of life in the USA and the world.

The diverse culture of the Latino has influenced everyday life such as food, music, art, business, economy, politics, and many more sectors in the world.

We highlight Latinos in history dead or alive, food, music so #LATINOEVERYTHING. We also highlight impactful Latinos in our community with amazing interviews.

Latin Factor Podcast Mission – To become the authority in Latino content by showcasing Latinos, Latino Culture, and showing the world we are humans too just a bit spicier.

Crispin, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Crispin Valentin I was born in Mexico and migrated to the United States illegally when I was 11 years old. I became a legal resident and before graduating high school I join the military. I am a veteran of the US forces served in the Army deployed to Iraq in 2004. It is still wild for me to say and process the thought of war, however, I did that I was there.

I did some internet radio and actual won show of the year for the largest personality-driven interest radio station in the world Fishbowl Radio Network now known as Fishbowl Studios. There was over 120 show and we were the first Latino show to win that award to this day, they have an 11-year history.

I join a terrestrial radio station called KNON 89.3 FM it’s a community radio station in Dallas. I was a co-host for a year. I decided to take a break and spend time with family however something was missing.

The first time I touch the mic and knew I can connect with people and I can impact it was love all the way.

I knew the world was changing especially among the latinos community. Some Latinos that made amazing contributions to the World did not have some kind of interview in English or they were never acknowledged for their contribution.

With my love of the mic and knowing that this was missing I launch The Global Latin Factor Podcast where we talk about Latino Everything.

The point of the podcast is just to make us human. I feel we fear what we don’t know so I make the best effort possible to highlight a Latino and show we are just like you.

The point of the podcast is to educate and not to make us superior or anything like that I feel we became who we are as a human species through cooperation, not competition.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

One thing I learned in the military is Integrity which is an Army value that I hold dear to my heart. I am honest and attempt to be as honest as possible about what I put out.

There are so many smoking mirrors in the world and I see why, however that is not who I am. I will be doing the right thing with the podcast even if no one is looking or listening, and that is to create honest content that people can feel and relate to.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
