Creer, appreciate you joining us today. Your ability to build a team is often a key determinant of your success as a business owner and so we’d love to get a conversation going with successful entrepreneurs like yourself around what your recruiting process was like -especially early on. How did you build your team?
I noticed in business that teams were the most essential of part of the business. I work day in and out to build and lead the right team to our success!

SavoirFaire started his career in 2016 when he established It’s Gorgeous Musique, a music label that aims at uplifting the hip-hop community. Since its inception this studio platform has also expanded itself into a radio platform and started multiple hit radio shows such as Devoure’ TV, The Official Happy Hour Show, and Late Night Whispers. Faire has also expanded to own radio stations in Washington D.C, Atlanta and Las Vegas.
Under the leadership of Faire, It’s Gorgeous Musique also started an annual award show to pay respect to the culture of music. The company also offers a vast range of services powered with many exclusive resources. As of 2021, the label represents 25 artists and employees spread out over the United States. Throughout his career, Faire established lasting connections in the industry and is continuously dedicated to help talented artists and employees gain recognition
Have you ever had to pivot?
March 2020 COVID came. I was in Las Vegas, NV, and the city was closed for all non essential businesses. I couldn’t get any unemployment for the business or self. We reintroduced one of our old successful programs!
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
Essentially I saved up monthly 200 for 2 years and then with full force. After fighting for 2 years I got another job to fund my business. 12 months, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week I worked, and quit.
