Hi Corrine , thanks for joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
Glamcuterie was inspired by a charcuterie franchise I came across in Atlanta. I loved the experience it created and began researching the industry, but I wanted to put my own spin on it. After many conversations with my sister, who was also researching on her end, we combined our creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to create Glamcuterie—a mobile charcuterie bar that brings a unique, elevated, and interactive experience directly to our clients. What began as an idea quickly became a shared passion and a business we’re proud to grow together.
What attracted us to the concept wasn’t just the food—it was the interactive experience. We realized many hosts are looking for ways to create memorable moments for their guests without adding more work to their plate. By bringing a mobile charcuterie bar directly to events, we created a solution that combines catering, entertainment, and a beautiful presentation all in one experience. Guests enjoy customizing their selections while hosts enjoy a stress-free and elevated event experience.

Glamcuterie was inspired by a charcuterie concept Shirley and I researched. The idea sparked our interest, but my sister and I saw an opportunity to create something unique and representative of us. Together, we reimagined the traditional charcuterie experience and launched a mobile charcuterie bar that brings elevated grazing, beautiful presentation, and interactive entertainment directly to our clients.
What sets Glamcuterie apart is our focus on creating memorable and interactive experiences, not just serving food. Every event is thoughtfully curated to blend style, hospitality, and connection, allowing guests to customize their selections, and enjoy a unique experience that becomes part of the celebration itself.
Our selections include layers of handcrafted cheeses, savory meats, fresh berries, honeycomb, nuts, a variety of crackers and vibrant garnishes artfully arranged to create an inviting and unforgettable centerpiece.
What makes us most proud is seeing people gather around our cart, connecting with one another, and creating lasting memories. As sisters and business partners, there’s something incredibly rewarding about building a business together that brings joy, beauty, and a touch of glamour to celebrations.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Glamcuterie’s reputation has been built through a commitment to exceptional service, quality products, and creating memorable experiences for every client.
We actively seek feedback after each event via Google reviews and are proud to have earned numerous positive reviews that reflect the care and attention we bring to our work.
Our growing social media presence, with thousands of engaged Instagram and Facebook followers along with strong interest on TikTok, has helped expand our reach and showcase the unique experiences we create.
At the core of our growth is our hard work and dedication to making every event feel intentional, unique, and beautifully tailored to each client, no matter the occasion.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing our clientele has been a combination of consistency, intentional marketing, and delivering an experience that encourages clients to return and recommend us organically.
We focus closely on reviewing key marketing metrics—such as engagement, reach, and conversion from social media—to better understand what resonates with our audience and refine our content and outreach strategies accordingly. Just as important is consistency: showing up consistently on social media platforms, consistently delivering high-quality, beautifully curated experiences, and consistently following up with clients to request feedback and reviews. This allows us to continuously improve our brand, while also strengthening our credibility in the market and steadily expanding our client base over time.
