Collin, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
I have been in the industry for years in different aspects of the business. From my past experiences, I have learned what I envisioned the ideal nail salon experience should be. At Cosmo Nail Bar, our focus is our customers. We want everyone to have the best experience possible. We are always making sure the customer comes first. By putting your trust into Cosmo, you can rest assured that we will take every measurement to make sure your visits are perfect.
Our mission is to uphold the highest standards of nail care and client care. To do so, we have our team of professionals committed to offering only the best of quality services and products. This includes keeping up with current trends while still keeping the classics available for our customers.
Our salon has the capability to service the grandest of parties with our spacious sitting area and a specially designed manicure bar, so you won’t lose sight of your friends. We made sure the decor is as inviting as home could be to make your personal nail visits with us comfortable and relaxing.

We’re a nail salon at heart that focuses on providing the best services for our clients. We make sure clients have an easy check in system and their experience is customized to their needs. We take our time and we are proud of our quality work. From our hand-picked technicians, knowledgable staff, and welcoming environment is all part of what makes Cosmo perfect.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
We believe transparency is key. All of our products are high end and we do our own research to make sure they’re sustainable and environmental friendly. We take our time to understand everything we provide is a solid product for our customers. In doing so, we have built trust with our clients, which has given us the platform to continue to create new ideas and provide new experiences.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The best way to build a great clientele is to work hard and cater the relationships you form with each customer. As our customer base grew stronger, our clientele expanded too. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve such a wonderful community, we wouldn’t be able to do it without their support.
