Alright, Cloetta thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So, let’s start with trends – what are some of the largest or more impactful trends you are seeing in the industry?

Some of the biggest trends we are seeing is younger people wanting to be homeowners. People becoming the first home owner in their family line.
Friends partnering together to purchase income producing properties.
Down payment assistance programs or credits coming available to more people.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I got into the real estate industry over ten years ago. I first started in cold calling and have assisted in almost all spectrums of the real estate industry and now I am realtor and real estate professional. I love to help military service members, single people , single parents, families. My heart is for all people to obtain home ownership. I believe if you have a thought or goal to own any kind of real estate or property it can happen.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

I definitely believe that if I provide the dream of home owner to my clients they will have goal to connect me with friends and or family.

Have you ever had to pivot?

Something that has shaped my life is to never give up on things that I have goals and dreams. Sometimes to get things right to move forward you have to try different ways and many times.
