We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Christine Herranz. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Christine below.
Christine, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
One of the biggest risks I’ve taken in my career was transitioning from a secure, traditional medical path to building my own high-end cosmetic business. I had years of experience in healthcare, but I knew I wanted to create something that combined artistry with clinical expertise—something that would allow me to elevate people’s confidence and deliver transformative results.
At the time, leaving a steady paycheck and stepping into entrepreneurship felt daunting. I was stepping into a highly competitive market with no guaranteed clients, and I was responsible for every decision—from marketing and branding to the clinical safety of my services. It was a calculated risk, but I believed in my vision and in the value of a boutique, luxury experience that prioritized results and client care.
The risk paid off. Today, my business is thriving in multiple cities, I’m trusted by clients internationally, and I’ve built a system that allows me to scale without compromising quality. Taking that leap forced me to grow, adapt, and refine every aspect of my work—and it’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Christine, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Christine, a 2x Top U.S. Injector Specialist with over 12 years of personal expertise in cosmetic medicine and aesthetics. My journey began in healthcare in 2008, where I cultivated a deep understanding of anatomy, patient care, and safety. Over time, I realized I could combine that clinical expertise with artistry to help clients feel confident and empowered in their own skin. That realization led me to create my own boutique cosmetic brand, offering high-end, transformative services like Liquid BBL treatments and facial balancing procedures.
What I provide isn’t just cosmetic enhancement it’s results-driven confidence. My clients come to me looking to enhance their natural beauty while staying safe, and I deliver bespoke treatments tailored to their anatomy and aesthetic goals. I set myself apart by blending clinical precision with an artistic eye, providing a luxe experience without compromising safety or realism.
I’m most proud of the systems I’ve built that allow me to serve clients in multiple cities while maintaining consistent, exceptional results. Potential clients should know that every service is delegated under licensed physician supervision, free consultations are reserved for serious inquiries, and I’m committed to transparency, expertise, and unparalleled client care. My goal is to make every client feel seen, confident, and truly transformed.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One moment that really tested my resilience happened when I was managing a complex client situation with unexpected complications. A client came in for a high-volume Liquid BBL treatment, and despite careful planning and experience, we encountered a challenge that required immediate problem-solving and precision. It was high-pressure: the client’s expectations were clear, and I needed to make decisions in real time to ensure safety and achieve the desired result.
Instead of panicking, I relied on my training, experience, and instinct, staying calm and focused while adapting the treatment on the spot. It required flexibility, patience, and clear communication with the client throughout the process. By the end, the client left thrilled with their results, and the experience reinforced the importance of resilience—not just enduring challenges, but thinking creatively, staying composed, and trusting your expertise under pressure.
That moment taught me that resilience isn’t only about overcoming business obstacles; it’s about handling high-stakes, real-life situations with confidence and grace, ensuring every client feels cared for and safe.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the most important lessons I’ve had to unlearn is the idea that every client is automatically a ‘good fit’ for my services. Early on, I felt pressure to say yes to everyone, to grow the business and avoid turning people away—but I quickly learned that not every client aligns with the level of care, respect, and safety my practice requires.
I’ve encountered clients who were hostile, dismissive of protocol, or primarily focused on cost rather than results. Initially, I felt guilty saying no, but over time I realized that accepting these clients compromises the experience for everyone else and can even create safety or ethical concerns. Learning to uphold strict eligibility standards—declining clients who aren’t a good fit—was transformative.
This lesson reinforced that my brand is about quality, safety, and results-driven luxury care. Saying no when necessary isn’t rejection—it’s maintaining the integrity of my work and protecting the experience for clients who truly value it.
