We recently connected with Chloe Banks and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Chloe, thanks for joining us today. Has your work ever been misunderstood or mischaracterized?
Being in a wheelchair by far the hardest thing in life I’ve ever had to go thru it’s so scary at all times because everyone around you has more control ppl take advantage of ever situation presented the day to day world even acts as if ppl in wheelchairs don’t matter from high shelves to small walkways to tables being to close or small It’s jus horrible like really dogs get treated better then ppl
In wheelchair they even have better wheelchairs
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My passion is expressing my self threw my real And raw lyrics what I go or been thru I sum up into songs and just to know ppl been threw or no some one some didn’t get threw and see me
And it helps and little do they no they really help
Me by even thinking I’m so
Strong because I still cry I still can’t believe sometimes I’m in a wheelchair but I won’t stop the person who shot
Me a be happy I can’t stop
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I was shot 9 Times in places that should have killed now with jus one shot
I’m a mother of 3 amazing scared kids tho because there queens wheelchair bound
What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?
People need to support real and not crazy support actual talent and not funny or weird stuff
