We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Cheyenne Williams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Cheyenne below.
Cheyenne, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
I was deep in my own journey of unlearning everything I had been taught about intimacy, relationships, and pleasure. As a mom, a partner, and a woman navigating all the expectations placed on me, I kept hitting this wall. The “shoulds” were loud — what sex should look like, what love should feel like, what a “good” wife or mother should be. But none of it felt… real. None of it felt like me.
And then, it clicked.
Women, especially moms, aren’t struggling with intimacy because they don’t want it. They’re struggling because they’re disconnected from their own damn bodies. We’ve been taught to perform intimacy, not experience it. To prioritize someone else’s pleasure over our own. To think of sex as something transactional, something to do rather than something to feel.
I knew I wasn’t the only one feeling this way. I started having conversations, first with friends, then with clients, and the pattern was the same; so many women felt like something was missing, but they didn’t have the language or tools to name it, let alone fix it.
So I created what I wish I had; a space where women could unlearn the conditioning, reconnect to their bodies, and completely rewire the way they experience pleasure and intimacy. A space that wasn’t clinical or cold, but hot, sexy, playful, and deeply transformative.
And I knew it would work because no one was talking about intimacy and sex like this. There were plenty of experts talking about relationships from a textbook, but not enough talking about it from the body. From the nervous system. From the raw, messy, real experience of being a woman who wants to feel alive in her love life.
What got me most excited? The realization that intimacy isn’t just about sex; it’s about power. When a woman feels safe in her body, when she trusts herself enough to want what she wants unapologetically? Everything shifts. Her confidence. Her relationships. Her entire damn life.
That’s why I started The Intimate Mon brand; because the revolution isn’t just about better sex; it’s about being a fully expressed woman taking her pleasure, power, and liberation back.

Cheyenne, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m an intimacy and embodiment expert who helps women, especially moms, break free from societal stigmas and experience deeper pleasure, intimacy, and body confidence while regulating their nervous system. My work is all about bringing intimacy back to life by breaking out of autopilot, releasing old conditioning, and actually enjoying sex again; not as an obligation, but as a fully embodied experience.
How did I get here? Honestly, by living it. I don’t just teach intimacy; I am an embodiment of it. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel disconnected from your own body, to carry the mental load of a household, and to treat intimacy like another task on the never ending to do list. I also know what it takes to shift from obligation to desire, to stop just ‘getting through it’ and start feeling turned on by your own life again. Women deserve more than just okay sex, okay relationships, and okay self connection.
Through my business, I offer everything from masterclasses, private mentorship, in person retreats, and monthly memberships. My vision has always been to emancipation womanhood and create a space where women get ongoing support, practical tools and language to create deeper intimacy, and a become apart of an exclusive movement. My work is a movement blended with sisterhood, psychology, somatic facilitation, and a deep understanding of attachment and nervous system regulation because good sex isn’t just about technique, it’s about safety, trust, and feeling desired in a way that lights your whole body up.
What sets me apart? I’m not here to just throw spice up your marriage tips at you; I go deeper. I help women rewrite their entire belief system around sexuality and
intimacy while reclaiming their pleasure without guilt. The medicine I share leads women how to set new standards and boundaries in their lives so they are constantly feeling seen, held, and loved (by themselves and their partner). My approach blends deep, evidence based strategies like somatic healing modalities, astrology, human design, and tantric arts that provide proven results.
What I’m most proud of? The messages I get from clients saying, “I didn’t know I could feel this good in my body,” or “My husband looked at me like he saw me for the first time in years.” That’s everything. I want every woman who follows me to know your pleasure matters. Your body is meant to be adored. And the moment you decide to fully step into that energy, everything changes.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I don’t just bounce back; I rise, reinvent, and reclaim. My whole journey from navigating motherhood, breaking stigmas around intimacy, and turning my own evolution into a movement is resilience in motion.
But if we’re talking that kind of story, let’s take it back to when I first started diving into intimacy work. I knew the traditional narratives around marriage, sex, and motherhood weren’t it, but instead of just accepting what was handed to me, I tore it down and built something better. I did the inner work, reprogrammed the old beliefs, and turned my own transformation into a method that now helps other women.
There were moments when doubt crept in — when the weight of breaking cycles felt heavy, when people probably questioned why I was so bold about these topics. But I didn’t shrink. I doubled down. And now? I’ve created a space where women feel seen, held, and turned the f**k on by their own lives again.
That’s not just resilience. That’s full-body, feminine, powerhouse energy in action.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What built my reputation in my niche? Keeping it real about intimacy, relationships, and feminine embodiment in a way that’s sexy, smart, and actually fun.
I built authority by blending deep, research-backed knowledge with raw, unfiltered conversations that make women feel seen. I don’t just teach intimacy; I live it. I take the taboo, the questions women are too scared to ask, and the patterns they don’t even realize they’re stuck in, and I break it down in a way that’s easy, relatable, and actually changes lives.
I also use my astrology and human design to create an authentic brand. That’s my magic. I make sensuality practical and a spiritual experience. I make pleasure something you own, not something you chase. I built my reputation by showing women that intimacy isn’t just about their partner; it’s about them. Their power, their body, their energy. And once they tap into that? Game over.
