We recently connected with Cecilia Castro and have shared our conversation below.
Cecilia, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I have been in the liquor industry for over 15 years now, managing markets for liquor and beverage brands. In this industry we do a lot of events to showcase those brands, and have ‘liquid to lips’ events and activations to create experiences for guests that could be future clients and supporters for the brands. While creating this events I found myself full of ideas to execute an experience but couldn’t find the company to help fulfil those. It was hard for me to find something unique that would help create that memorable moment. Then I started thinking I should create a company to do so, focus on fun displays to showcase beverages, and unique ways to showcase brands on beverages… but it stayed only as a thought for a couple of years, until the brand I was working with had to lay off all of their Texas team off. That’s when I spoke to my brother about my ideas and the thinks I needed to start. He is handy so he was down to help me create my vision drink cart and champagne walls. I then started creating a brand and learning what I needed to register my business and all that goes into it, insurance, permits for serving, etc. I also started seeing new thinks available in the industry and run into a printing machine to brand foamy drinks and I knew I needed that! Which became my signature for my business.

Cecilia, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I want to offer anyone the opportunity to create a memorable moment with their beverages at any event worth celebrating. We craft beverages that are delicious and beautiful. We pa attention to details and then bring an experience they would want to share with our foamy topping and personalized print. Yes! Your brand, logo, design, photo, anything will be printed on top of it in real-time. Guests reaction is always great to watch. We bring that WOW moment to your event, we become the centerpiece of attention and completely elevates any setting.
We are family friendly, from mocktails for Quinceneras, lattes and matcha for baby showers, and of course cocktails and coffee after dinner drinks for weddings, corporate events & brand launches.
To me costumer service is the base of any business, we are here to help you create memorable moments and will be friendly, professional and go above and beyond to make sure it happens.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Really for us is showcasing our product at various events. People seeing what we do in real-time is our biggest asset. Any event we do we get at least 5-10 inquiries that week. Then also reaching out to DMC companies, they are also great clients.
I created a one pager business overview that I email random companies to, I call and ask for their event manager or marketing team and most times I am able to reach them and at least create awareness for future events.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
My work ethic is my best asset, always performing above expectations, staying professional even when situations taka a turn and engaging with everyone regardless of their position. I think the fact that people I have work with experiences that in me has led them to want to work with me, and feel confident to recommend me to their network.
