Cary, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
at clubX fitness we are one of the very few (certainly the only club/gym in Miami) fitness clubs that has a membership cap – this particular feature has quite a few benefits to both the consumer and the business operator; consumer benefits obviously are a guaranteed “never crowded” environment and an atmosphere that promotes an ideal customer service atmosphere where staff will assuredly know each members name and whatever details of their life they care to share as there is a marked increase in staff/member interaction time – this feature conveys the feeling of being at “home” more than any other quality or policy a business could enact; the benefits to the business are clear 1) a more loyal customer base 2) ability for all staff to know and interact with all members 3) with less people maintenance and cleaning needs are reduced resulting in the ability to present of an even more pristine environment where each member feels the club becomes “their” private oasis

as a former collegiate and professional athlete and coach, fitness has always been a primary focus throughout my life; my focus has always been to guide those i work with to achieve their ultimate and to maximize their individual performance in whatever pursuit that may be. – what sets what we do apart from others is that we have perfected creating a 5* experience without a 5* cost – what makes me most proud is that we show up every day with the intent to ensure each and every person who visits the business experiences an environment that exceeds their expectations
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
being us on a daily basis and presenting a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, sparkling clean, free from sales pitches / pressure of any kind and a never crowded environment!!!
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
our members – we do our absolute best to present a healthy, clean welcoming atmosphere and they reward us with referrals of their friends and family members…
