Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Bridget Farhat. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Bridget, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
I was working my first ever 9-5 job and I hated it. I knew going in I wouldn’t like it, but it had been a while since I worked with people and I missed that since of community since I was in a new city.
4 months in and I got to the point where I was crying in the bathroom almost everyday because I was absolutely miserable. The work I was doing was so unfulfilling. I felt like I was a robot & it was sucking my soul away.
I knew I had to make a change.
During that time, I kept getting ads on my Instagram saying, “become your own boss, work from home, make money, & travel the world!” Scammy, right? That’s what I kept thinking too.
But it kept showing up and I’m a spiritual kind of person, so I knew it kept showing up for a reason. I needed to at least learn more about it.
Fast forward to a month later, I quit my soul sucking 9-5 and invested $10,000 into starting my own business sharing these water ionizers I had no idea about.
I took a MAJOR risk all to start something I only knew I wanted what was being advertised. I’m a “jump all in” kind of person so I just went for it.
And I’m so grateful I did.
Not only did I purchase an INCREDIBLE/Life Changing water ionizer machine that provides me with life-long/life-giving water… but it also brought me a community I desperately needed. I found like-minded, inspiring, entrepreneurial souls that led me to finding my true purpose in life:
A Mindset + Energetix Coach for people who want to break through the confines of their limiting minds to create the life + self they deeply desire. A life they’re stoked one!
If it weren’t for this experience & me saying yes to investing $10,000 I wouldn’t be who I am today.
I think making investments for yourself & your future is the BEST thing you can do for yourself.
There will always be risks you take in life. But are those risks going to bring you closer to what it is you want to do & who it is you want to become?
There is always fear of the unknown that will show up so you might as well take the risk, take the fall, cause if it’s what you want, than it’s worth it all!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?
My journey began when I was fresh into college. I had gotten into my first real relationship. Fell madly in love & then quickly experienced my first true heartbreak.
At the time, I was already struggling pretty bad with my own mental health issues. Severe depression, self deprecating thoughts, terrible mindset, & then put the heart break on top of it, I was a mess.
I was never good with talking about what I was going through my whole entire life. I kept everything bottled up inside & helped everyone else around me with their pain & struggle.
Sophomore year was the year I let everything I had bottled up for the past 20 years out.
One night while I was on spring break I tried to take my own life by drowning myself in the bath tub. Heavy I know.
I was so fed up with the weight I’d been carrying around, the emotions I didn’t let myself process, & the pain I had brought to other people… I was over it.
Exhausted beyond measure. I basically convinced myself that I was the problem and the world would be better off without me.
Something helped pull me up out of that water that night and I was rushed to the hospital where I had to stay for 24 hrs under psych watch.
That was the moment I began my self healing/growth journey. That was the moment I knew I needed to find my true self again.
So, I dove in head first & started doing the inner self work.
I watched “The Secret” on Netflix and learned all about the power of your mind and energy vibration. I learned about the Law of Attraction, The Power of Positive Thinking, all the self help books you can think of.
I began seeing MAJOR changes in my life because of the work I had been doing.
Where once I believed that life just happened to me & I had no control over it to being the one who was in control of creating the self & life I truly loved.
Fast forward 6 years and now this is what I help my clients do… I help them work through the confines of their own limiting, destructive mindset so that they can create more harmony, abundance, love, success, & soul-enriching opportunities & experiences.
I help people become the versions of themselves that they deeply desire & by doing that become in alignment with what it is they truly desire.
My work is mainly focused on creating Mental Toughness & embodying the practice of Manifestation. Our minds are the strongest, most powerful muscles we have as humans & I don’t think people work them out enough!
I show my clients just how powerful they can be when they create a thriving relationship with their Mind, Self, Intuition, & Source Energy.
You can actually be, do, have, experience anything you desire. I know this by first hand experience.
I went from depressed, unfulfilled, no zest for life to doing work I’m passionate about, living in a beautiful home in San Diego, feeling fulfilled, & living my life completely on my terms.
I’m dedicated to helping others remember their innate power to create + live a life they are truly stoked!
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Societies/Parents Stories: Money is really hard to make. Money doesn’t grow on trees. You have to work really really hard in order to be successful. You can’t make money doing what you love.
Growing up this was what I was constantly fed by society, TV, parents, media, you name it.
When I started my self development/Entrepreneurial journey I quickly learned that I needed to let those beliefs go & create new ones if I wanted to find fulfilling success.
I learned that Money was in fact just energy & just like everything else in this Universe; Money is just an exchange of energy.
From that, I formed new beliefs that matched the reality I was trying to create for myself.
So these are now my new true beliefs:
Money flows freely & effortlessly to me from known & unknown sources. Anytime I spend money, it comes back to me 2x. I love money & money loves me. Money is just energy. When I give, I receive.
When I shifted my beliefs, my reality shifted and money became easy to make :).
Don’t let other people’s beliefs define your own because if you want something bigger for yourself, you must be willing to think & feel greater than your current reality.
Your beliefs are what create your reality and you’re the one who gets to decide what you want to believe as true.
Match your beliefs with what you want to experience & I promise you, you will experience it!
Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
Being my truest, most authentic, embodied version of myself & holding a safe space for people to feel seen, heard, supported, understood, & held.
Who I am, how I show up for myself & others is truly how I find success.
I do the work first & then shine the light for my clients to help them find their own success (in whatever way feels most supportive for them). I’m a mirror.
And as a mirror, it’s important to show up fully in what I’m experiencing, what I’m facing, & being real about it all. No bulls***- Just truth.
