Brianna, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Where do I start?
Briaa esthetics has been one of the most greatest success stories of my life.
Becoming a lash tech has been a transformative journey for me. Balancing school while diligently working my 9-to-5 job to pay off my tuition required immense dedication and perseverance.
Starting from scratch, I had to work on my skills and built a client base, steadily gaining a reputation. My hard work paid off, and I eventually in the future would love to expand my business hopefully one day I can hire employees Now, as a full-time entrepreneur, I reflect on the relentless effort and passion that propelled me from a student and employee to a successful business owner, proud to lead a thriving enterprise in the beauty industry.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Ever since I was 14 years old, I dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. My passion for beauty, fashion, and art, and my love for creativity, have always driven me. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work for myself. The beauty industry is vast, and I am confident that with consistency and dedication, I can achieve success. My journey began in childhood, where makeup and cosplay were my creative outlets, and Halloween was my favorite time of year. I would dress up as a princess, imagine scenarios of finding my prince charming, and design my wedding dress using cutouts from magazines. These fantasies fueled my passion and laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial aspirations.
Although I adore beauty for myself, I was even more enchanted by how it made others feel—beautiful, passionate, and inspired. There’s something magical about watching someone light up when they feel their best. Plus, makeup gave me a fabulous excuse to unleash my creative side. It was a win-win! As I grew up, it hit me: why not turn this delightful obsession into a full-time gig?
As I transitioned into my young adult years, I had to confront the stark reality of making money and deciding what I wanted to do with my life. You know those school assignments where they ask what you want to be when you grow up? Truth be told, I never wanted to be anything specific—I just wanted to be myself, playing and living life freely. But I quickly realized that achieving that dream life required some serious hard work. So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to it!

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

As I transitioned into my young adult years, I had to confront the stark reality of making money and deciding what I wanted to do with my life. You know those school assignments where they ask what you want to be when you grow up? Truth be told, I never wanted to be anything specific—I just wanted to be myself, playing and living life freely. But I quickly realized that achieving that dream life required some serious hard work. So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to it!

Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.

I’ve been working on myself since I was 14 years old, and let me tell you, it’s been a long, bumpy road filled with mascara mishaps and more eyeliner fails than I care to admit. It definitely took years of hard work and determination to get where I am now in the beauty industry. There were days when I questioned my sanity and wondered if I’d ever perfect that elusive cat eye. But here I am, a testament to persistence, countless tutorials, and a healthy sense of humor—because if you can’t laugh at yourself when your contouring goes wrong, what can you do? 😂
