We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Bradley Morlock a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Bradley thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.
A lot of musical work gets brushed under
the rug and miscategorized by a lot people, including close friends and family. Practicing, writing, recording, moving equipment, promoting, marketing, you name it, all of it is a lot of hard work, time, and resources.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Sean and I were musicians since grade school. Our goal and what sets us apart from other bands-we write about the same journey we all experience. Life’s a bitch. There are ups, downs, highs, lows; what counts is how you bounce back. Regardless of the highs, regardless of the lows, always pay attention to staying in the present. We don’t know the good times until they are gone, that’s for damn sure.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Post post post. It does not matter what it is, if it is meaningful to you, post it. If it is boring to you, post it. Think of marketing as a live tv show that airs everyday no matter what. 3 days just went by? That could have been 3-6 posts that you were slacking on for no apparent reason.

In 2021/2022, I built a multi-GPU crypto mine during the “gold rush” of ETH before it became proof of stake. NFT’s aren’t worth anything; it’s like buying a digital knick knack that nobody cares about but you. That knick knack matches a hashed number and is posted on a public ledger on whichever blockchain of your choosing, that’s kind of cool, right? Does it matter? Absolutely not.
