Blanche , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.

Being and Becoming has been my most meaningful project. My daily exploration has built up a track record of experiences filled with challenges, resilience, creativity and gratitude over the past 5 decades of my life. My story tells itself by the paths I have taken and choices I have made to shape how I live my life in the now. I am multi-faceted and multi-dimensional.

I began living my adult life on purpose when I left a pre-med program that didn’t feed my soul. I knew I wanted to grow and learn about life differently. So instead I followed my heart and drove to Miami on my 21st Birthday. While, I faced hardships and setbacks because of people I trusted, my successes were the sweetest of all because I knew I had to be devoted to trusting my truth.

I went on to spread my wings and become a published writer, International Speaker, National Certified Massage Therapist/Instructor, Small Business Incubator Director, National XM Satellite Radio Talk Show Host, Leadership Development Expert, Team Building Trainer, Executive/Life Coach, Flutist, Founder/Host Jazz on J Street Professional JAM Sessions, Artist, Creator & Designer of one-of-a-kind Spirit Walk Imagery Board Game & Vision Cards, great mother, friend and healer. I have lived my life with intention, with gratitude, and with lots of joy!

Blanche , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Each choice we make leads to the next and the next. Each choice is a chance to learn, grow, delve deep or retreat. Life is an industry which when you are born into it, you become an expert day by day, experience by experience, be it tragic or terrific.

I believe I was born with a leader’s spirit dedicated to serving others by understanding my gifts and talents. I have been an entrepreneur going back to grade school as a Girl Scout selling cookies, then in college promoting the Rattler Rowdies, a collective of students dedicated to supporting our sport teams. This drive to find a need and fill it has continued to this day.

My father was not only a loving father but he taught by example some very important lessons. “If you are going to do something, do it right and be the best at it,” he would say and “if you get yourself into something, you have to get yourself out.” All in all, we have to make choices in life and either stand by them or make changes step by step. The biggest challenges are often going against your intuitive wisdom but I have flipped that switch to instead walk towards the path often less traveled because my most rewarding lessons lie there.

In September 2020, we were in the worst of times but for me I was answering a calling to be a game changer but creating a new one-of-a-kind game, Spirit Walk Imagery Board Game, a playful journey where all your choices are right and everybody wins! Playfulness is the New Wellness. When mixed with purpose, it is the elixir of life and my gift to the world. It brings joy, releases stress and allows you to be your most authentic you.

I combine the essence of my creative talents and leadership skill-set with my healing arts background to forge this loving path of helping people remember who they by trusting their truth and intuitive wisdom.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

To live authentically. Share my medicine. Build and be part of a community of love-minded light-working beings. To share playful journey experiences and sound healing to whomever is drawn to their embodying their truth and living their purpose.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

Watching people light up when they realize that all their choices ARE right and they see their truth through the images and objects they choose while playing the Spirit Walk Imagery Board Game.
