Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Bev Moser. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Bev, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Are you able to earn a full-time living from your creative work? If so, can you walk us through your journey and how you made it happen?
Yes, I’ve been able to earn a full-time living from my creative and professional work, but it was absolutely a journey and not something that happened overnight. My career evolved step by step, from early years as an on-air radio personality in Nebraska to moving to Nashville in 2000, where I built multiple income streams through photography, journalism, production management, and eventually founded B! Noticed Public Relations & Artist Management. It wasn’t day one success; it took years of relationship-building, credibility, and consistently delivering results before my work fully sustained me. Key milestones included growing Digital Rodeo from an online outlet into live showcases and festival stages, being trusted with high-profile industry events, and expanding my PR firm to represent Grand Ole Opry members, Grammy winners, Hall of Fame artists, and major labels. Fundraising initiatives and benefit productions further solidified my reputation and reach. Looking back, I don’t think there’s a shortcut for experience, but I do think believing earlier in the value of my expertise and focusing sooner on scalable opportunities could have sped things up. Ultimately, longevity, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed are what turned my creative passion into a lasting, full-time career.

Bev, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am a Nashville-based music industry professional with more than 30 years of experience, and the founder of B! Noticed Public Relations & Artist Management, where my passion has always been connecting great talent with the right audience in meaningful, lasting ways. I got my start in media as an on-air radio personality in Nebraska, which gave me a strong foundation in storytelling and audience engagement. After moving to Nashville in 2000, I expanded into photography, journalism, production management, and ultimately public relations and artist management. Today, B! Noticed offers customized PR strategies, branding, media relations, and career development for artists, labels, and entertainment entities at every stage, from emerging talent to icons, solving the problem of visibility in an increasingly crowded industry by creating tailored, relationship-driven campaigns rather than one-size-fits-all plans. I’m proud to represent an incredibly diverse and accomplished roster that includes Grand Ole Opry members, Grammy winners, Hall of Fame artists, and respected media personalities, and I’m especially proud of producing large-scale benefit events that have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for causes like the American Cancer Society, Music Health Alliance, and the musicians’ community. What truly sets me apart is longevity, trust, and a hands-on approach built on real-world experience across radio, live events, media, and visual storytelling I have been in the trenches, I understand the business from multiple angles, and I genuinely care about helping my clients build sustainable, successful futures. Above all, I want people to know that my brand is rooted in integrity, relationships, and service, and that when I take on a client, I treat their career as if it were my own.
Have you ever had to pivot?
I have had to pivot multiple times in this ever-changing industry. The first was when film transitioned to digital for delivery. Not only did the opportunities begin to change as what used to be a demand for a professional image to submit to publications for business signings or events was soon replaced by a digital camera, and then by cell phones. As professional photographers, we had to find new sources of income and stay on top of changes to remain at the forefront.
I also had a situation where a business I was representing for artist booking and social media content was bought out by someone who did not understand Nashville or the importance of networking and relationship-building. I eventually parted ways with this company, took all my skills and the ability to grow, and landed a new chapter in my life that ultimately led me to open my own business.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
At the heart of my creative journey is a clear mission: to help artists, creators, and organizations build sustainable, successful futures while using the power of music and storytelling to make a positive impact beyond the stage. Through B! Noticed Public Relations & Artist Management, my goal has always been to identify what makes each client unique and connect them authentically with their audience, whether that’s a new artist finding their voice or a legendary performer continuing to expand their legacy. I’m deeply driven by service, both to my clients and to the broader community, which is why philanthropy, education, and advocacy are woven into everything I do, from producing benefit events that have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for health-related and musicians’ causes to serving on industry boards and mentoring others through speaking engagements and panels. Ultimately, my mission is about using experience, relationships, and creativity to elevate others, preserve the integrity of our industry, and leave it better than I found it.
