Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Social Media is a full time job itself. I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by several entrepreneurs and picked their brains for tips and tricks. The most common advice is to be consistent. Regular posting and proper hashtags as well as making short videos almost are like the new commercials. Being active of different forms of social media also will help you touch different demographic markets.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

ALWAYS ASK FOR THE REVIEW. Obtaining google and yelp reviews are key. It is important that you train your staff to get in the good habit of asking every single client. What the average consumer doesn’t know that the more positive reviews you have the easier it is for your business to be highest listed on a basic search. This is a free service that google and yelp provide.
