Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Aniesha Brock . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Aniesha , appreciate you joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
First I want to say I’m honored to be here doing another interview for Voyage STL.
I currently have several film endeavors I would like to share . My latest project is a horror movie . It’s a short film called “That’s Not Daddy”
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
“First I would like to say I’m honored to be interviewed in Voyage STL . It’s always a pleasure .
My name is Aniesha Brock . My stage name is Anni Loc . I am a professionally trained actress , model and recording artist .
I have been featured as a promising model and rapper in Hood Magazine, Nifty Magazine , King Magazine and Rapper’s Delight Magazine. As a model, I have worked successfully in promotions by gracing the cover of Car Show Flyers as well as club flyers from Ohio to Florida . I have written over 40 songs and one book .
In 2019 I released a rap album called “Veracity” followed by an album called “The Princess Diary “. During this time I began to brand myself the Queen of Ohio and started to dominate the hashtag #QueenofOhio. “
In 2021 I became a professionally trained actress and model after being educated through The John Casablanca Center in Tampa Florida. In 2022 I was awarded by BFam 109.6 with a trophy for airing live one full year on her online radio show called “Speak that Shyt “.
I mention all these things because I am proud of how long I have stayed busy in the entertainment industry and I would like people to know exactly who I am .
Recently , I have consistently been acting ,filmmaking and modeling. I am currently represented by the national modeling agency , MTM and I am the main character In a movie called ” Debit Card Life Matters(2021). I am also the lead role in two films I wrote and directed , “Live Fast Die Young Toledo Turf (2019)” and ” That’s Not Daddy(2024).”

I am no stranger to adversity . At a young age , I survived a kidnapping which turned into an extremely distorted , abusive relationship which ended shockingly , and in 2011, I was sentenced to 2 years in Federal Prison . This was a horribly tragic incident that would prohibit me from many of the career paths I would have chosen before . I refused to let those challenges get me down and decided to transform my pain into purpose by taking a very serious entrepreneurial approach to life .
In the past few years , my resilience has been tested more than ever . Back In 2011 I birthed my 3rd child , a beautiful baby girl named RiAnna . RiAnna was born with Microcephaly and developmental delays . She is also on the autism spectrum.
I am a homeschool mom to my autistic daughter . Along with my husband ,Alonzo, Ive accompanied Rianna to physical therapy , speech therapy and occupational therapy all her life.
Everyday I am learning more about healing and helping others through self education and advocacy .
-In 2020 Aniesha and Alonzo Brock co-founded Kings Castle Ent, the fastest growing entertainment company in Florida . She has hosted over 80 events over the course of two years and still works as a DJ and performer at Kings Castle Ent’s events .
Anni loves to inspire others to live their life to the fullest and in truth.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Quality is important in anything you do and high quality comes best from experience .
Personally, my reputation is based largely on people (companies /photographers, clients …etc) knowing what to expect when they work with me.
It’s really easy to book someone when they aren’t considered unpredictable .
So , I would say consistency in being who you are is key . If you’re always early , others can anticipate that you would be early . If you are a no – show , and develop that reputation, it’s gonna be difficult to maintain success in any business .
