We were lucky to catch up with Andrés Bojórquez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Andrés, thanks for joining us today. What were some of the most unexpected problems you’ve faced in your business and how did you resolve those issues?

In Real Estate we have always unexpected problems , every selling and every closing deal .
The key is always SOLUTIONS .
Mentally you have to be strong and prepared to confront every situation that can present in your way , everyday we need to have solutions to close every deal including on the way to present the offer and be very wise on getting the offer accept it , closing the deal , here is where the problems come out !.
Other example is when the client credit goes long and passes the time that the contract was estipulated , the client didn’t get all his money and suddenly makes a new offer , and etc.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Vincenza Real Estate has 5 years now , we are glad to sell and rent listings specialized on luxury residences and condos , starting on the Real Estate business wasn’t easy , I´ve had start it with only one residence for rent . I am apasionate on getting better pictures , getting something new for the company , getting the new drone , better equipment , better digital promotion everyday and qualifying more .
We are always solving our clients and owners problems related with the procces of the selling property , strategize and creating solutions gives our full and better service , because that’s our work and that’s one of the keys to keep selling.
If you keep giving a extra service ,putting extra effort ,being patient and holding the line you will keep scoring . Sometimes you fall down ,you have seen Rocky movies ? the message is great and related for business and the message is keep getting up and win ! Fight!
Can you share one of your favorite marketing or sales stories?
One day , a funny strategy work very well , I was showing a client two condos on the same development , the first one the price was 12 million pesos and the second one 13 million pesos ,the first one had view to a land on sale ,the second one had views to the pool and all the beautiful skyline of Guadalajara city in Mexico .
So , he asks me ; ¿ Andrés , which one you would buy if you were buying ?
I say quickly : The second one ! i just see the pool from here and I want to get into the pool !
So ? He had buy the second one !
1 million pesos more expensive.
Be careful guys ! Be wise on the way of selling ! sell without lies and sell the advantages of the property , always with ethics and moral , but always look to sell !
Don’t be afraid of sell!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Ethics and moral in business definitely . Be friend with all your clients , thats your first step to get your clients getting loyal . Other point is to getting apasionase in what you do , try to do the things better and keep innovating each day.
