We recently connected with Andrea Fratto and have shared our conversation below.
Andrea, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?
I started my business in October of 2023. Life-wise I was struggling, I was just getting out of my apprenticeship and at the very beginning of my career. When I think about it, I do wish I started earlier but I do believe everything happens on time when it is meant for you.
Andrea, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Andrea, I’m a 28 year old Tattoo Artist and Business owner of FeminInk Tattoo Studio. I specialize in floral, back and grey images, and cover ups (color and black and grey). I take my clients ideas and turn them into a piece of art. My goal is to compliment the area of the body and give them something they can be proud to wear forever. My Father is also a tattoo Artist that’s how I learned and got into this industry. This career/ business requires a lot of discipline and dedication. Between preparing the art for your work day, running the business, managing scheduling and communicating with clients, managing inventory, attending conventions and other events to promote yourself, It takes up a lot of your free time. I truly care about my clients and making sure they have a comfortable experience. Without them, my career wouldn’t be possible. I think what sets me apart from others is my love and respect for this industry, I find that as something to be proud of.

What helped build my reputation is my art work and how I treat my clients.

Being consistent on social media has helped me gain an audience! Post daily!
