We were lucky to catch up with Amerasia recently and have shared our conversation below.
Amerasia, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you in your creative career?
I have learned SOOO many lessons on the job. Whether that’s a survival job or gig work. Honestly I want to start it from the beginning when you are interviewing for a job you want, make sure you are also interviewing your employer. I think we get so caught up in wanting the job so strongly we forget that we have to work with these people. It is crucial to do a vetting process of your own. I’ve learned people do not quit bad jobs they quit bad management. I’ve also learned not to take things personal. People will treat you poorly at work and it has all to do with them and nothing to do with you. I am very grateful for the fun jobs I’ve had and the supportive coworkers I’ve met along the way. There was a coworker of mine who advocated for us to get a much deserved pay raise after working overtime for a music video called Confidence Man. We went from getting paid 50$ a day to 300$ a day it was incredible.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am a storyteller, a “Fixer,” and a seeker of the “Full Version” of the truth. My journey hasn’t been defined by easy paths, but by a commitment to a frequency that many talk about but few can maintain. I operate with a unique perspective, one that values deep similarity, sharp wit, and a standard of loyalty that doesn’t flinch when things get complicated.
I entered my industry randomly I had received a message on Instagram from a photographer that was traveling with the circus he asked me to shoot with him and I just agreed. From there I went to my first casting call for Jimmy Jazz got signed and got the job. I then went to study theater and acting at Stella Adler in NYC.
Im still navigating all I want to do in life so this summer 2026 I will be working on a horse ranch because I recently discovered a love for horses. What sets me apart is my refusal to settle. I have an uncanny ability to understand a frequency and match it, but I pair that empathy with a rigorous, logical framework. While others might hit a wall and freeze, I move forward.
I am most proud of my resilience. I have survived the seasons where I did “everything I could” for people who weren’t ready for the hard struggles life throws at you. Im grateful for everything I have learned and that I am able to look into the mirror and see someone with integrity, bravery, and loyalty staring back. I hope to share my stories with others through all stages of my journey. I have the heros Journey as my insta bio because that’s what my life is a protagonist who embarks on an adventure, faces a decisive crisis, and returns transformed.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
First book that came to mind was The Four Agreements second was a podcast called Deja Blu.

Have you ever had to pivot?
I think as a creative you will always be pivoting. I really love anything that can get me on set if one day I am acting the next im doing script supervisor the next day I am a production assistant I’ll take it.
