Amber, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s jump back to the first dollar you earned as a creative? What can you share with us about how it happened?

I’m thrilled about sharing this experience! It brings me immense joy. I vividly recall my relentless efforts to perform at various restaurants without any compensation; I was eager to share my talent, take the stage, and simply have a blast. When the opportunity to perform and get paid for doing something I love finally presented itself, it was truly incredible. At the time, I was employed at a new restaurant in Atlanta, being among the first to join their team. I persistently inquired if they would be interested in live entertainment, and my moment had finally arrived. They approached me with excitement and granted me a chance. I had the privilege of putting on a show for Valentine’s Day, and it was an unforgettable experience. It left me feeling rejuvenated and completely satisfied, and from that point forward, the rest is history

Amber, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I am a true Renaissance woman, deeply immersed in the music industry since birth, and it’s an integral part of who I am. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible individuals, although, I must admit that confidence wasn’t always my closest companion. Despite this, it led me to explore other facets of life. I ventured into entrepreneurship, initially focusing on delectable baked goods and mobile bartending, which brought an entirely different form of excitement. From there, I delved into the world of wellness by introducing sea moss, realizing its immense potential in the market. Witnessing its remarkable benefits and recognizing a significant market, I embarked on creating an all-natural business focused on beauty and health.

As I continued to explore my passions, I had a revelation – how could I unite all my talents and gifts under one umbrella? The answer was “Miss Moneé’s Enterprise.” Event planning quickly captured my heart where I stand at the forefront while other talented artists share their remarkable gifts on stage, culminating in breathtaking productions.

This journey has been an incredible blessing, shaping me into a phenomenal woman, guided by God’s hand. His patience, peace, and grace have been my constant companions. Embracing discipline as I grew older, I learned that staying prepared is the key to success, which led to a consistent flow of gigs and a thriving business. I’m still in the building stages though, however with the knowledge and experience gained, I’m in the waiting stages and everything is simmering like a pot about to boil over.

At present, I’m pursuing a music degree while gigging every weekend and perfecting my products. I also devote time to caring for the elderly as a CNA. All of this is by the grace of God, and I’m incredibly grateful for the path my life has taken.

I believe I stand apart from many because I’m committed to a chosen path of patient brand-building. In the past, I chased ideas fervently, only to experience burnout. Now, I’m taking a more deliberate approach, creating my vision piece by piece. My brand represents a sensual, naturally beautiful, and classy entertainer and entrepreneur who holds a deep love for the Lord.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

One of the most profound lessons I’ve discovered on my journey is the unwavering importance of faith in God. For the longest time, I found myself tirelessly building the same things, only to inevitably hit a wall of burnout. Immaculate ideas would flow, and I’d take action, but it seemed like everything I attempted eventually crumbled. What eluded me was the understanding that God wanted me to seek Him daily, to partake in His wisdom and grace that would fuel my efforts. In my misguided perception of time, I often put this divine connection on the back burner, failing to recognize that I had all the time in the world. Also, What I didn’t fully grasp at the time was that if God planted those ideas in my heart, He provides us with His daily bread, granting us the wisdom and grace needed to sustain our efforts. Man y’all listen. Nothing is impossible!

Im grateful for this shift in perspective because it has transformed my approach and also enriched my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Embracing this divine guidance and wisdom is the key to unlocking true success and fulfillment on your journey.I had to unlearn the habit of taking everything into my own hands and truly embrace the power of trust. Trust in every step I take in building my brand, understanding that God’s guidance and daily sustenance are the cornerstones of my progress. It’s a transformative revelation that has not only ignited my journey but also brought a profound sense of purpose and joy to my life.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

A significant turning point in my life arrived when I found myself in a four-girl group. I was unwavering in my determination to propel us to the pinnacle of success, my belief in our potential ran deep, and I was intensely motivated to pursue our shared passion, even if it meant going it alone at times. I forged connections in the music industry by my own initiative, and when the group eventually disbanded, I was left feeling lost, as though I had lost my musical identity, which once harmonized with the others.

I admit, I was left feeling broken, grappling with a sense of aimlessness. However, it was during this period of self-discovery that I unearthed the true essence of who I am, and I can unequivocally say that the journey was worth every trial and tribulation. This transformation has not only shaped my sound but also revealed a more profound understanding of my authentic self, making it an invaluable chapter in my life’s melody.
