Alright, Ambassador Mercy Ifeanyi thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What was it like going from idea to execution? Can you share some of the backstory and some of the major steps or milestones?

Waaau!!’ first I appreciate your organization for your dedication and service to humanity as your publications about me and my work over the years has been amazing and tremendous because it has not only announced my works and personality it has also given me a wide coverage and learning experience from other peoples work and the relationships and contacts I have had from this relationship with your works thank you

Coming to your question how I actually started ? from the early stage of building my career after graduating from the university as an intern and someone guided with deep vision and mission I followed my dreams and instincts and what I believed in and this is way back over twenty five years ago and till date am still building and enhancing myself to get to my utmost level and execute my dreams goals aims and objectives then I would celebrate my life but sincerely speaking I still fell there is better days still ahead while I embrace what I have in present from my past works while looking forward to the best days in future .

The process of going from idea to execution has been embodied in my ability to stay focus and dedicated to my works , career and calling I have been a very focused young lady from inception and early in my life I already had this strong gift to discernment that made mandatory for me to map out my goals and what I want in my life I am a very decisive individual with clear vision to follow my mission I also started very early in my youthful life to discern through the gift of the Holy Spirit as a Christian I have always followed the Christian Catholic doctrines that helped to shape my personality and guided my ways till date I have deep faith in Christ and I followed my calling as a humanitarian to work for God to serve humanity and this have led me to this stage of becoming a missionary and Christian tourist travelling around the world to gain knowledge and and seek partnership with other humanitarians and charity organizations that will aid me to help the poor and vulnerable people in Africa .

My journey started early in my life time and I held on to my dreams from each stage of my life time so far I have always believed in my first steps and I keep walking thru that part despite the massive challenges and trials and temptations it is said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a step with the things I have encountered in this journey of discovering myself through my ideas and working so hard to achieve and execute them I have always fought battles and face difficulties in creating my dreams and bringing them to life a lot of sacrifices I have made and this can be visibly seen in my works and life style till date

I am still a work in progress because the journey is still on with dedication and hard work I am still striving to get to the peak of my goals and maintain momentum on it because my business and calling and life style all boils down to selfless service I multitask and interwovenlly do my best to create good business and career opportunities for myself and also relate them with my service for humanity I tend to have a more handful of services to render in service to humanity and in entrepreneurship and people to deal with but the end will justify the means as I keep creating and evolving in my works knowing that it will get to an apex level where it will launch itself to the world by revealing the good results which is what this whole ideas is about and the executions and experiences I have so far accomplished wil tell when the time is right and am sure it is coming soon

Well i am a rare type based on the things I do and what and where my passion have driven me to in life I am an entrepreneur, business woman, marketing /sales consultant a missionary a life coach and motivational speaker with deep passion for humanitarian service to the poor and vulnerable I am by Gods grace a servant of God .

I graduated with a BSc degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Personal Management from the school of Business and Human Resource Development, I am a Member of Fellow from the chartered institute of leadership and Management ken turkey USA, a Mentor from the Cherie Blair Women Foundation United Kingdom am a member of the Sisters of Charity Organization the founder president of Women Centre for the Family Intl and Mercy Youth Assembly Nigeria two non profit organizations working to empower the Youths Women the girl child and the vulnerable in Africa and diaspora I am an advocate for women and the youth and the girl child with great works of charity in rendering corporal works of mercy rendered in various capacities to various communities around the world especially Africa

Speaking on how I got into this services is through my passion to serve humanity and my love and zeal to build my career to the highest level and this guided my steps into what I am today I have always wanted to be all these things I mentioned above and right now though am not where I wish to be yet but I am very proud and certain that I am walking through my journey and goals to get to my target in life and I will definitely get there

Being an entrepreneur put me out there as a Trained Professional Marketer and Sales consultant with a touch of entrepreneurship and passion to humanitarian services I can say my clients are people who are open to the things I do and they are out there because I meet a lot of personalities and people from different works of life some for business relationships while some are for humanitarian purposes I try to differentiate both when am working and still find myself serving all intentions to achieve utmost satisfaction at my best service in any situation

What set me apart from others is my heart am so selfless dedicated and open hearted and I love to make people around me happy I have a very strong drive to conquer challenges and do tasks that most people wouldn’t want to do because am called to serve humanity and that has really taken the greatest part of me and moulded me into a very intentional and deep personality with a deep touch and heart of spirituality in the love of God and his doctrines in Christianity so what makes me different makes me beautiful I am very proud of the personality I carry on with and that’s what makes me who I am today

I want my potential clients and anyone who finds me attractive and ready to associate with my personality to be open minded like me because like attracts likes I wish to have open relationships and collaboration with people of like minds with me and I am looking forward to expand my horizon in my business and humanitarian services to aid and support the poor and needy in developing nations that’s my root Africa I also wish to create more business opportunities for myself and establish more marketing skills and business in line with my career to work and raise more funds to assist me in my endeavours

I have a future project to build a strong charity home and physical institution for the homeless, the poor, the hungry, the widow, the orphans the sick, the rejected ,the lonely, the voiceless the abused and the dead this entails massive works and finance but I still believe with greater focus and dedication to my calling I will achieve this in the nearest future with an open arm I welcome anyone or organization that wish to go on this journey with me as partners !! Can you share one of your favorite marketing or sales stories?

One of my favourite marketing strategies and skills that has a deep story behind it was during the first five years into my career as a young entrepreneur and marketing /sales manager with the company I was working with then it was a marketing and manufacturing company that deals on producing and marketing of fmcg brands I was newly employed as a marketing manager and a cooperate sales manager the task to develop a new brand of products and get the market share for the company was embed on me and I had a huge target to achieve to prove my sales skills and gain a place in the company good book of achievers

I had to prove my self by creating new strategies and marketing skills I was young then. But very dogged and resilient I was bold and very visible in pursuing and achieving goals and sales target so the challenge was huge but I had to face it by introducing some new strategies like knowing the right people to introduce and sell my brand to I also made researches in the open market to see what other competitive brands are offering and try to know the market size and share for my brands with an in-depth knowledge of the brand I made my brand viably available where it needs to be seen and also try to explore other areas where the product isn’t available and visible I introduced new strategies to gain new clients and this worked out then I was faced with breaking the market and making sales on cash returns for the company but the challenge was for me to take a risk of selling on credit because it was a new product and making sure the payment is recovered in due time for the company it was a risk I had to take but it paid off because I followed squarely and made the first massive sales order on a thirty days credit report this was a risk taken with assurance and I worked so hard to get this done and the end became a huge success for both the clients and the company I represent this led to my first promotion in less than six months as the manager and that shot me up in my career ladder

This story made me understand better that working with great zeal and focus with determination and clarity one can achieve their set out goals without any fears or worries about the risk taken or what unforeseen circumstances lies ahead I advise anyone who have these situations in their business and career to stay resilient and skillful work with achievable targets and objectives and try to have team sprint with others around the world environment study the market and I the brands then hit your target by executing your strategies

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

Funding a business is always one of the greatest challenges that any entrepreneur or business owner can face but I have always been a person that faces challenges squarely without fears nor worries I already know that it takes a lot of energy work and sacrifices to build a business or even build one’s career while working for even others as an employee

I worked for many years with other companies that have been established but while doing that I was also building my own businesses and working to save money as capital to build my own businesses and hence this led me always early from my career into my own businesses and hence I have always done my business and side hustles side by side while working as an employee

This gave me much room to save and build my business and have deep knowledge and experience with great confidence that I will succeed when I eventually launch my own businesses and that was exactly what happened because I was already working and having side hustles as my own businesses I was able to generate funds through my savings from my monthly salary and other incomes and when it was time I started my own businesses while still working and that was my start up I had nobody or partner that assisted me financially I have always done my business myself and build funds and fund my business myself the weight is challenging but it feels free and good to work that way till your business grows into bigger conglomerate where you can have share partners and huge capital to make huge turnovers for the growth of the business and management
