We were lucky to catch up with Allison Anna Lentini recently and have shared our conversation below.
Allison Anna, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
I took one of the biggest risks of my life when I quit my corporate job to start my first business. At the time, my partner and I were living paycheck to paycheck. I was working full-time, going to college full-time, and raising two babies who were just 1 and 3 years old. My days were nonstop. I’d get home from work at 5pm, rush through dinner and bath time, put my kids to bed, then stay up until midnight doing schoolwork… only to wake up and do it all over again.
I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and missing the moments that mattered most. When my second child was born, I realized how many “firsts” I had already missed with my first child. That hit me hard. I knew if nothing changed, I was going to miss even more, and that wasn’t the life I wanted. So I made a decision that didn’t make sense to most people. I quit my job and started my marketing agency… with only about three months of runway before we would run out of money. It was terrifying, but it was also the moment everything began to shift.
That season taught me something I carry with me in every level of business – it taught me that growth requires risk. There is no path to something greater without stepping into uncertainty. As I built and scaled my marketing agency, every level required a new leap—investing in systems, hiring support, taking chances on strategies that hadn’t yet proven themselves. Business, at its core, is a series of calculated risks. And the more I leaned into that, the more I grew. But one of the biggest risks I’ve taken wasn’t just in business. It was in my own identity.
As I stepped into my work as a cellular rewiring coach, I had to start letting go of control in the Marketing business I built from the ground up. I had to hire, outsource, and trust others to help carry what had once fully depended on me. That business was my foundation—it paid my bills, it was my security—and stepping back from it to create something new required a different level of trust in myself. I did a lot of work to clear my limiting beliefs around always working so hard for success, trusting myself to step into the CEO role of the marketing agency, and trusting others to manage the day-to-day operations.
I’ve learned this…the greatest risk you can take is betting on yourself. Today, I’m scaling my marketing agency toward its first million-dollar year while simultaneously building Live Limitless and expanding my purpose work as a coach. And none of it would exist if I hadn’t been willing to take those risks.
On the other side of every leap… is the life you were actually meant to live.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?
I’m an Entrepreneur, Speaker, Actor, Bestselling Author, and the most recent title I am proud to add is Cellular Rewiring Coach. I’m the founder of Awakened Marketing and the creator of Live Limitless, a transformational coaching brand focused on subconscious rewiring to help high achievers and business owners blow up their limits and surpass their next level in life.
I started my first business in digital marketing, helping small and medium-sized businesses generate leads and scale through strategic advertising. That work gave me a deep understanding of human behavior—what drives decisions and why people take action.
My transition into being a Cellular Rewiring Coach came from a personal breakthrough. When I first started my marketing agency, I struggled to close sales for over two months—even though I had the right strategy in place and I had taken rigorous high-ticket sales training. Around that time, I met a hypnotherapist through a mentor group, and I brought this issue to her. She helped me clear a subconscious belief that was holding me back in 1 session. Within 48 hours, I closed three sales. That moment changed everything. I realized it wasn’t a strategy problem – it was a subconscious block. At that moment, I knew there was something big behind this subconscious rewiring stuff.
From there, I went deeper. I saw others create real, lasting change by rewiring their internal patterns, and I became fascinated with how the subconscious mind shapes our reality. At the same time, I had always felt a strong calling to help people, and this work came naturally to me. I knew this was what I was meant to do.
That’s what led me to create Live Limitless. Today, as a Cellular Rewiring Coach, I help people understand that most of their behaviors and decisions are driven by subconscious programs formed through past experiences and beliefs. People try to change their lives on the surface, but their internal patterns keep them stuck. I help them rewire those patterns at the root using hypnotherapy and neurolinguistics programming so they can create the exact life they desire with no limits. Once you are able to clear the subconscious blocks that are holding you back you can step into your true power and command your reality…and I have a ton of proof in my own experience of doing this in my life.
Through my coaching programs, I guide clients to regulate their nervous system, dissolve limiting beliefs, and step into a new identity aligned with the life they want. Because the truth is there are no external limits. The only limits are the ones created by the mind. I have the proof in my life What sets my work apart is that I combine my background in human behavior, training in hypnotherapy and neurolinguistics programming, and research of quantum physics and neuroscience to create deep subconscious transformation. This isn’t surface-level motivation. It’s identity-level change for the rest of your life.
I’ve recently expanded into writing and speaking, including being cast on Inside Success TV, where I’ll be sharing this message on a larger platform. What I’m most proud of is the impact I’m making. I watch people go from feeling stuck to truly free, realizing they were never broken and that they’ve had the power all along. My mission is to help as many people as I can understand that they are not limited by their past or their circumstances but only by the beliefs they’ve accepted as true. And those beliefs can be changed.
Because when you understand how your mind works, you become limitless.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The two biggest sources of clients for us have been Facebook ads and referrals. They have both played a huge role in our growth in different ways.
On the paid side, Facebook ads have been incredibly powerful because of how granular the targeting can be. Unlike many other forms of advertising, we’re able to get extremely specific about who we want to reach, whether that’s based on demographics, behaviors, interests, or even business-related characteristics. That level of precision allows us to consistently put our message in front of the exact type of client we want to work with, which has been a huge driver of growth for our agency.
But just as important (if not more) has been referrals. Building genuine relationships in our community and in business groups like BNI and the REF Group of Indiana has played a major role in our growth. Those connections have turned into strong referral partnerships with people who understand what we do, trust our work, and actively send business our way.
Beyond that, one of our biggest referral drivers has simply been doing great work for our clients. When you deliver real results and create a great experience, people naturally want to share that with others.
I truly believe the best compliment you can receive in business is a referral. When someone trusts you enough to recommend you to a friend, family member, or colleague, that means everything. We never take that lightly. We’re incredibly grateful for the network we’ve built and honored that so many people trust us enough to send others our way.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One of the biggest tests of my resilience came during my divorce recently. It was a season where everything I knew in my personal life was crumbling, and I was starting to scale my Marketing Agency at the same time. I was fully responsible for supporting myself and my family alone for the first time, and I was walking through immense grief and recovering from emotional abuse from my 9 year marriage. It was on me to figure it out. While that could have broken me, it did the opposite…I used it as fuel.
For the last 3 years of my marriage, I wanted to become certified in hypnotherapy and start my coaching business, but my ex Husband was against it. About 6 months into my divorce, I started planning the coaching business to launch it. It was my purpose driven work, and I knew was meant to be doing it. With all I know about subconscious reprogramming and creating my own reality, I knew that my divorce created a “blank slate” in life where I could choose what kind of life I wanted to create next. There was no one telling me what I should do or how I should live my life anymore, and while it was devastating to lose my “perfect family”, it was freeing to my personal journey.
I realized that I tend to operate best when there’s pressure. When it feels like a “pants on fire” situation, something in me locks in. The weight of knowing I had to provide and create stability for my family forced me to think bigger, move faster, and stop playing small. During that time, I didn’t just keep my marketing business alive. I scaled it…and at the same time, I began building my coaching business.
What made that season even more significant, though, was the internal work I was doing while moving through the grief and healing of my divorce. I was learning how to regulate my nervous system in a way I never had before. I remember being in a therapy session and, for the first time in my life, actually feeling what true safety felt like in my body. That moment changed me.
I realized so many people are living their entire lives in a constant state of stress, survival, or emotional dysregulation, and they don’t even know what safety feels like. That became part of my mission. As I continued building my coaching business, I knew I didn’t just want to help people change their thoughts—I wanted to help them feel safe in their own bodies. To regulate their nervous systems. To experience a level of internal peace and stability that allows real transformation to happen.
Looking back, that season was incredibly hard, but it was also the catalyst for so much growth. It showed me what I’m capable of. It deepened my purpose. And it reinforced something I now fully believe: You can go through one of the hardest seasons of your life… and it can either be your downfall or your catalyst to growth. It’s your choice.
