We recently connected with Alexander Lara and have shared our conversation below.
Alexander , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
My mission: Serving people and connect with people. I serve people with my business and my service. And I connect with people with my Art. I’m passionate person to connect with people and giving the best I can.
Something more personal to share. Recently I discover I’m HSP (High sensitive person) which is something I was struggling my entire life, but with some help and a specialist I started learning how to manage the gift of being HSP. After discover this side of me everything have more sense to me about my passion to serve people and be connected.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My career in business, I can say, started when I was in high school. I remember selling candies and chocolates to my classmates. Years later, I realized that I had a talent for sales and enrolled myself in a career selling cars and trucks. When I emigrated to the US, I found a position selling software, and that’s when I met someone who taught me how to sell merchant services to process credit transactions and technology. Later, I decided to add more products and services to my portfolio. In 2015, I began teaching seminars about sales and customer service. In 2019, I delved into the restaurant industry, teaching about customer service and learning about the restaurant and service industry.
I forgot to mention that 2016 was the year I started my own company, taking my first step as an entrepreneur. During the pandemic, I painted my first piece of art. I had never touched a canvas in my life until that day, and it marked the beginning of a new journey as an artist.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Good relationships. Actually my business is long term relationships. I’m the kind of person I don’t mind say the truth or say no from the beginning when I met a client. Most business or sales people fell into say lies or hide the truth just to make a deal.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Self love. I would say I have so many situations when I found my self alone, then I have to back to the context and give me some love, gratitude and continue with my journey.
