Alex & Chris, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
In the fall of 2019 Camelia had her first litter and one of the boys from that litter “Biggy” went to a great couple in San Diego. They contacted us a few years later that they wanted to add a brother to their family. Camelia ended up having her last litter in the fall of 2021. They ended up taking George who funny enough looked just like Biggy. We drove George to San Diego to meet his new family and he instantly was a great match with his big brother Biggy. We always make sure our pups go to great families but we were so lucky these two full-blood brothers are able to be together. We get many updates from them and they love each other, it’s as if they knew they were brothers.
Alex & Chris, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
In 2007 I surprised my wife Alex with a puppy. We had just gotten married and wanted to start a family and wanted an English Bulldog because they are one of the best dogs to have around children. She came home from work and there was this eight-week-old wrinkle little butterball just waiting for a hug. This is how we started with bulldogs. Chubbs was our first EB and was the best dog we could have asked for. We fell in love with the breed and wanted to be able to provide other families with happy healthy puppies to make part of their family.
We make sure our puppies are going to good homes and we keep in touch with everyone and are available for support any time we have a private group that we invite all our customers to join to keep us updated on puppy growth and progress. We celebrate the pup’s birthdays each year and it’s always so much fun to see everyone celebrating at the same time all the families get to see their pup’s siblings also celebrate.
How did you build your audience on social media?
We have a page on Facebook and Instagram where people can see our dogs and pups. This has been the best way to connect with anyone who is interested in an English Bulldog. We also use this tool to see the progress of our EB Families. Our advice would be share a lot of pictures, everyone loves to see updates and progress of puppies!
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Again, through our Personal English Bulldog Family page. Anyone who has taken one of our pups can post updates and the great thing about it is that they can see their pup’s siblings grow too. We continue to talk through the years and see how our HFarm pups are doing. This is the best way to stay in touch with our families and show our brand loyalty.
