We were lucky to catch up with Alberto Perez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alberto , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
Definitely. I have so many successful students but one that truly stands out from the rest will be my student, Tony. He came to me for help in dropshipping on December of 2023. We talked for hours to see where he needed help. Once we found the areas where he needed help we got straight to work. You see, he stands out because he had some personal problems that I can’t disclose but he had a budget of $1000. We kept on going and in a month he hit $20k in revenue. It was his first time getting mentored by me & in the dropshipping world. Ever since he got me as a mentor, he’s been killing it.

My name is Alberto Perez. I was born in November 6, 2001, from Houston Texas & it was truly a struggle. What I do for a living is dropshipping, it’s a business model where you’re the middle man, fulfilling orders. I’m a mentor as well so when people are starting in their ecom journey they come to me to get mentored. I made my first $20k at 17 years old & after finding that success I still faced a bunch of obstacles. From blowing all of my money, since I was not a responsible teenager to facing a lawsuit at one point
Can you open up about how you funded your business?
At 16 I got a job at a grocery store making $200 a week. It was okay money for my age but i definitely wanted more. Then I got into reselling street wear brands like supreme, A bathing ape, etc to get more capital going since I wasn’t really doing much with $200 a week.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
It was definitely putting my results & my students results out there. People see that I’m legitimate in the E-commerce world
