We were lucky to catch up with 00Luv recently and have shared our conversation below.
00Luv, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
Going from idea to execution wasn’t a straight path. It started as more of a vision—a fantasy—back when I was focused on songwriting. I wanted to experience something different, something immersive, something that felt intentional. At the same time, I realized there weren’t many consistent opportunities where people could express themselves freely or access opportunities early on unless they were in a label or well known.
Instead of waiting until I have a large platform, I started thinking about how I could support the community right now. That’s where Vintage Nightfest began to take shape.
In the beginning, it was just me figuring things out in real time—reaching out to vendors, securing spaces, and building something from the ground up while working a full schedule. There wasn’t a clear blueprint, so a lot of it came down to adapting, learning quickly, and constantly refining how I approached things.
Over time, the vision expanded beyond just events. I became even more interested in immersive experiences—bringing in lighting, visuals, and interactive elements to create environments where people could feel something and express themselves in new ways. That’s where the integration of immersive technology becomes a key part of the direction.
It’s still evolving, and I’ve had to grow and adjust multiple times along the way, but the biggest shift was realizing that you don’t wait until everything is perfect. You start building with what you have, and the clarity comes through execution.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?
I’m 00Luv, a songwriter and the founder of Vintage Nightfest, a multi-city platform focused on building curated night markets, lounges, and immersive creative environments.
What I provide is more than just events. Vintage Nightfest is a curated experience that brings together vintage and streetwear vendors, alternative fashion, music, and immersive elements into one space. We also create opportunities for artists, DJs, and creatives to step into real environments where they can connect, perform, and grow.
The problem I’m solving is access and consistency. A lot of creatives and small businesses don’t have reliable platforms to showcase their work or build momentum. Vintage Nightfest creates a structured, recurring environment where people can plug in, gain exposure, and actually move forward instead of starting from zero every time.
What sets us apart is the level of curation and presence. This isn’t just an open invite or a random market. Every vendor, artist, and experience is intentional. I’m hands-on with everything—scouting locations, connecting directly with vendors, and shaping the overall environment. Even as we expand, that level of intention stays at the core.
Right now, I’m proud of building this from the ground up while balancing everything else. It’s still early, and I’m actively funding and growing it, but the foundation is there and evolving every time.
For vendors and creatives, I want them to understand that this is something being built with direction. It’s not about quick promotion or surface-level exposure—it’s about being part of something that’s growing into a larger platform.
For artists especially, I encourage them to show up, connect, and be present. Whether it’s performing, collaborating, or being part of the environment, there’s space here to build something real.
Long-term, the vision is to expand Vintage Nightfest into multiple cities and continue integrating immersive technology—lighting, visuals, and interactive experiences—while building a global network where culture, creativity, and community all connect.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
One of my first real business partners came from a genuine, in-person connection.
I was hosting an outdoor event, and he walked up to me directly—not asking for something for himself, but offering to pay for his friend to perform. That stood out to me immediately. It showed initiative, respect, and a willingness to contribute instead of just take from the opportunity.
From there, we stayed in contact and continued building. Over time, he naturally stepped into a larger role as we expanded into New Mexico. It wasn’t a position that was posted or applied for—it was earned through consistency, communication, and trust.
What’s made that partnership strong is that we’ve always been able to communicate openly. Even when we don’t fully agree, we talk things through and stay aligned on the bigger vision. That foundation has allowed us to grow and operate at a higher level together.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
My reputation was built organically, before I ever thought about strategy or marketing.
In the beginning, I was just creating experiences based on what I genuinely enjoyed. One of my first events was themed around Pulp Fiction, projecting the film and building an atmosphere around it. I brought in elements like Super Smash Bros., music, and different themes that reflected what I was going through at the time—concepts like Scooby-Doo and Friends, Pokémon Masters, and Escape the Matrix.
Each event felt personal. It wasn’t about following trends—it was about creating something real and inviting people into that experience.
That authenticity carried over. People could feel that it wasn’t forced or manufactured. I was present, involved, and building everything hands-on. I wasn’t just promoting events, I was curating environments.
As things have grown, one of the most important things for me has been protecting that original energy. Even as we scale, I want Vintage Nightfest to stay rooted in creativity, community, and real connection—not just marketing.
I believe that’s what people respond to, and that’s what continues to build our reputation.
