But when my wife was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and I had to leave work as an attorney to be my wife’s full-time caregiver, my colleague, Nicole, stepped up and took over my entire national legal practice, serviced all my clients, handled all her own cases as well and didn’t miss a beat.
