I would not let the fear of the unknown get to me as much as it did early on. I was so worried about how things were going to be received by my audience and if I was doing things the right way that I almost feel as if I was holding myself back. Instead of trying to make sure everything is perfect, trust my gut feeling and just go with it. I could have started some things much sooner than I did had I adopted this mentality. If I were to start over again, I would focus more serving my clients rather than servicing/selling to them. I believe serving sets a totally different standard. It reminds my clients that they are in fact human, not just another customer in the business realm. Contrary to popular belief, I deeply believe the human dimension in coach to client relationships is super important. Serving is warm and personal as servicing which is super robotic and cold.
