We offer Spanish-language tutoring monthly packages and pay per session for new and existing customers. New students automatically get access to a thirty day free trial so that they can try out the service before spending any money on the platform. You can choose to cancel your subscription during the trial period if you don’t like it, or you can continue the subscription if you enjoy working with us. Currently, there are two package options, including pro and plus. These packages are perfect for customers who want personalized help with their Spanish classes in secondary or undergraduate school, or general lessons with a fluent Spanish tutor. Services are offered online only through our website.
Do you remember the moment you realized the world needed this product?
I remember waking up to people of different backgrounds when I experienced rough times. I remember wanting to help people avoid bad situations and improve their education. One time, I also was invited to a Facebook group by a friend from college, and she told me that she wanted me to teach people overseas in the Facebook group for free. This helped me market myself, gain experience, and solidify my offerings when I started thinking about teaching people online.
I also studied communication studies in college, and I remember learning about different communication theories that helped me advance my career. A mix of traditional education and life experience helped me create my service and stand out from the crowd.
I believe that waking up to communication and a life of service was the moment I realized that the world needs accessible educational videos and online tutoring. In the event that there is another global pandemic, World Linguistics needs to be there to help sick people continue their studies online. It’s also proven that there’s a demand for my service. Whether a pandemic is ongoing or not, people need this service because there is a strong need for online education and support.
How do most people hear about your services?
Most people hear about my services from my business cards and social media presence. People in my community and elsewhere have heard about my service from printed marketing materials like flyers, brochures, and business cards, or from my social media presence.
What has been the biggest surprise for you along this journey?
The biggest surprises for me along this journey have been getting solid media support and investors from social media. I could not have built the steady foundation I have now without social media. The things that it can do are incredible. If your business is not on social media, I highly recommend creating accounts and learning how to use social media to your advantage so that you can grow your business online and grow profits.
