Yes, my team can work remotely. We use products like Zoom, Messenger, FaceTime, etc. to communicate across the globe. Less meeting time and more productivity. Pitfalls can include losing track of time and over availability. If you’re not careful you’ll spend more time on a project than you’ve planned because there is no one looking over your or even no place for you to have to get to. Also, you’re more accessible.
