Today we’d like to introduce you to Karolina Domaszewicz.
Hi Karolina, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My career path has been driven by passion, intuition, and determination. I have always been fascinated by the world of fashion and art, and photography naturally became my way of expressing myself. In the beginning, I focused on styling and photo shoots, which allowed me to understand the industry better and build a network of contacts.
Over time, I started working with models, helping them build their image and careers. I founded my own modeling agency, where I could combine my experience in photography and styling with talent management. Working on the development of models gave me immense satisfaction and helped me better understand both their needs and the market demands.
Today, I focus on working individually with models, supporting them in building their careers and public image. By combining different roles—photographer, stylist, and manager—I can look at the industry from multiple perspectives and effectively help my clients achieve their goals.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has taught me something valuable. The fashion and photography industry is demanding—success requires not just talent, but also determination and the ability to adapt to constant changes. In the beginning, I had to build my portfolio and find my first clients, which was a huge challenge without any industry connections.
I will never forget the moment when, after a job interview, my phone rang and I heard: “Yes, we want to work with you.” I was almost an hour late, and when I finally arrived—soaking wet from the rain—I didn’t expect to get the job. That’s how my journey as a wardrobe stylist for television began. Later, I was promoted to head stylist, managing the image of all the presenters.
Running my own modeling agency was another major challenge. Managing the careers of others is a huge responsibility—things didn’t always go as planned, and there were difficult collaborations, but each situation taught me how to navigate this industry.
Fashion and photography are constantly evolving, and staying ahead requires continuous growth, innovation, and adaptability. Today, I know that perseverance and consistency have brought me to where I am now.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work combines several roles – I am a wardrobe stylist, photographer, and modeling manager. This allows me to approach the industry from different perspectives and provide comprehensive support to those I work with. I help models build their image and career, advise on strategy, and create photo shoots that highlight their uniqueness and potential.
I specialize in creating authentic and strong images – both in the fashion world and in business. It’s not just about pretty pictures or well-chosen styling, but about a consistent message that helps my clients stand out and succeed.
In addition, I support fashion brands – both clothing and jewelry. I assist them in building their brand identity, creating photo shoots, and developing communication strategies that attract customers and stand out from the competition.
I am most proud of the fact that I can have a real impact on the careers of those I work with. I see how, with my help, models and brands grow, gain new opportunities, and build their reputation. There’s nothing more satisfying than witnessing their success.
What sets me apart? A holistic approach. I don’t focus on just one thing – I combine different areas to provide my clients with comprehensive support. With experience both in front of and behind the camera, I know how to showcase someone’s potential and help them succeed in the industry. My work is not just about aesthetics, but also about strategy and authenticity.
What matters most to you? Why?
The most important thing for me is to create consistent and authentic messages, where not only visual aesthetics play a key role, but also their impact on the psyche of the audience. I believe that honesty and a deep understanding of the psychology of aesthetics allow for the creation of projects that emotionally engage and leave a lasting impression. In my work, I support models and brands, helping them find their unique voice and stand out in a way that aligns with their values and individual style. I view each project not only as an opportunity to create a beautiful image but also as a chance to tell a true story that resonates with the audience. Human relationships are of great importance to me. Building trust, offering support, and fostering the development of those with whom I work gives me satisfaction and motivates me to keep going. In the creative industry, where everything is changing rapidly, combining commitment with knowledge of the psychology of aesthetics is key to building long-lasting and fruitful relationships. przez 14 sekund(y)
